I got to this Popeyes at 7:45 and I saw they closed at 8:00. Even though they updated their hours on Google to 10:00 p.m. a week ago. However, they were out of everything because “they closed in 5 minutes”. Apparently they can’t tell time. I could’ve appreciated the fact they didn’t want to cook anything else for the night but they made it seem that I came up last minute wanting more than a chicken sandwich combo. After we went through two different items I was told that all they had was some mild chicken left. Poor service and I’m not surprised because Alma seems to be filled with people who don’t have a clue. 0/10

Ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner and got 3 chicken strips after repeating my order 3 times only to still get it wrong. They were not busy either which makes it worse yet. I guess I should’ve tried KFC next door. That will be my choice next time I’m in town

This place and it’s food is garbage. At least once Popeye’s closes we have a space available for a better restaurant . Looking forward to what comes next. Owner should probably reevaluate how to run a fast-food business. When you open you want to please customers and serve good food.

I was excited about Popeyes coming to Alma, but my first time eating there is also my last. The tea tasted as if was made with cleaning solution with a hint of tea itself. The chicken was hard, no flavor what so ever, no mayo on my chicken sandwich which was lacking of taste. I spent $23.00 for two meals, the price was ridiculous for terrible food, they are overcharging to pay for building the place.

If you want unseasoned food, this is your place! Place your order and then wait 10 minutes to be told they don’t have the item you ordered. 2 cash registers 1 open. The nuggets have a great new fryer taste, no seasoning what so ever, so if you are into new fryer flavor this is your location!!!
