Went through the drive-thru. Placed an order, which was on screen and repeated back by the lady. That was the only good part of this visit to the Gray, GA Popeyes. The chicken seemed to have been left under the heat lamps far beyond the limitations, rendering them as jerky, rather than fried chicken. One of what was supposed to have been ‘chicken breasts’ was nothing more than battered, deep fried bones, there was NO MEAT there at all. $33 for two people to eat, and yet items were missing from the order, such as the sides for one of the 2 small meals ordered. I live too far out to drive all the way back into town to get them to fix the problems with this order. I should have heeded the warnings from others who told me to stay away from Popeyes… but I thought I’d give them a chance, I mean, what could have possibly gone wrong? In this case, an exhausted person who just wanted a quick supper, still had to forage for something edible at home, because Popeyes got my money, but I didn’t get my meal, only $33 worth of disappointment.

They couldn’t hear me at the drive thru, so asked me to pull to the window. Didn’t need a drink, but it still cost me almost $10 for a two piece white meat and one side. I was hungry. Sad this location is so bad. I used to go to shurling drive, when they had good manager there.

Food was terrible got a 3 piece spicy chicken strip for me and my son got like 4 fries in each one and the chicken probably 3 hours old. Also had to drive up to the window to order after waiting 10 minutes at the drive through with no one answering. Would not go here. Go to milledegville

Walked in and the place was full of smoke. Took a few moments for someone to approach and take my order. The lady was super nice, ordered two 1/4lb shrimp and chicken tender meals, one w mc n cheese the other w red beans and rice. Order was fresh and was told then that they didn’t have beans and rice and was given fries w both and then the mac n cheese after I asked about it. They are always out of something at this location.

Extremely slow. Items missing from order. Staff seemed to have no idea how to do their jobs. They were friendly, but I wasn’t there to make friends. I was there to get food. And I would highly recommend avoiding this location until major changes are made.

Tried to eat at this location twice and was turned away by employees during the middle of the day saying they were closed or on the second try drive thru only but was with others and looking for a dining room. I was able to get a meal on my third attempt by myself in the drive thru and what I was served without issue.
