I took my kids to Popeyes for lunch. We first went through the drive through where they said they were only accepting cash but could do card payments inside so we pulled around and went inside to order. We ordered two surf and turf combos and waited over half an hour to get our food. The employee who took our order kept reassuring me that the food was coming and that they burnt the first order of shrimp. There was no one else in the restaurant so they weren’t busy at all. We finally got our food and I did not care for the shrimp or nuggets, they were all breading..the coleslaw and biscuits were good. Definitly need faster service.

I had one other car in a line and a family of 3 in the restaurant. I ordered a family pack and they told me they would have the chicken ready in 10 minutes. It took them almost 20 minutes. They were incredibly rude as well at the drive through window. I’ve also been to plenty of Popeyes and they let you choose to get dark meat or light meat. They wouldn’t let you choose.

We just went through the drive thru, we ordered o e regular and one spicy chicken sandwich. They were Perfect!! Temperature hot and crispy! Will definitely be back!! The cashier was very friendly!

Not surprising how many terrible reviews this fancy looking dumpster has. I only go when I have coupons cuz it’s way overpriced. I get there and am told I can’t customize my chicken pieces like I always have before. Can confirm all other 1 star reviews too. They ain’t lying.

Staff was apparently too busy dancing and talking to be bothered to make sure my order was correct. Considering I was “pulled up”, which is now the norm for nearly every food place, and made to wait they would’ve had the time to actually get my order correct.

This was the first time I stopped at this new location in Hartwell. I’m glad I did. I ordered the blackened 3 piece chicken tenders. The girl at the window was very nice and asked me to pull up into a spot to wait. She said they cook them to order so it would be a couple minutes. Worth the 4 minute wait. I’ve stopped at the Cornelia location and they were like rubber. This place in Hartwell knows how to cook them. And they were blackened beautifully. I’m enjoying them as I write !
