Went to get food , bought a family meal ,the chicken was hard and the biscuits were undercooked and when I called the manager was rude telling me there was no way because the chicken just came up and the biscuits were on a timer . Offered no compensation or anything. Food was disgusting and I spent almost $40

Just left from sitting in drive thru for 30 mins to wait on cold chicken.. First off I ordered a sandwich with the bacon and cheese they said they had no more cheese. Fine the customer service is sooooooo bad at this establishment.. Something needs to be done. One employee came to the windows and said what to a customer that has been waiting way longer than us. They need a whole new professional staff. My food was cold the 2 piece chicken I ordered was hard and seemed old.. Never again. Corporate needs to get involved in this establishment. I expect good customer service and fresh food if im spending my money. I SERIOUSLY NEED A REFUND..
Oh and to top this end of review off. To get anybody attention while we sitting in drive thru at the window. We blew the horn knocked on the window. But they did not pay us any attention. They was playing around in the store. I HAD TO CALL THE STORE PHONE TO TELL THEM TO COME TO THE WINDOW. MAN JUST PUT THIS POPEYES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROJECTS FR.. UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE

This location cheats customers. The drive-thru had 6 cars and it was raining. I went inside to place a to-go order. I got home and to notice that my Cole-slaw was not even half-filled.

Lately they have been serving these mini chicken tenders…I ordered 3 orders of 5 piece original chicken tenders and got these mini chicken pieces counting as the actual amount.. like for real what do I suppose to do with that! $40+ for this?? … not coming to this Popeyes ever again. I came past the night going away. Home thought I’ll stop and give me a 3 piece and something told me to look at my order before I left the parking lot. Lee is to say 2 teeny little bitty wings fries was cold, and then the third piece supposed to have been a breast. I don’t know what it was when I used to work at fast food place. One of the things that they talked about when we went to training was don’t feed nobody something that you would need, and I don’t think y’all need to go back. I’m honestly disappointed and disgusted. I came in Monday around 6 PM, hoping to grab a quick dinner, but the experience was anything but pleasant. First off, the food was barely warm, the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, and the fries were soggy. For what I paid, I expected better. The lady with the claw clip was Amazing, Nice and attentive but the other employees were TERRIBLE!
There were two employees, Faya and Brice I believe who were playing around, laughing loudly, and just being flat out unprofessional while customers were waiting. . Then, this big girl with bright pink hair starts yelling across the restaurant and cursing. She even had the nerve to threaten me !!!! I felt completely disrespected and honestly unsafe.
This place seriously needs new management. I don’t know who’s running the store, but the lack of professionalism is unreal. I’ll be reaching out to corporate because this was unacceptable. If you care about service, respect, and decent food, skip this location. I won’t be back. Food is also TOO EXPENSIVE. SKIP THIS POPEYES!

I went inside of Popeyes and ordered a 3peice combo with 2 legs and 1 breast and mash potatoes 1 biscuit 1 jalapeno pepper. I received no mash potatoes 3 hard biscuits that had a peculiar taste to them. When I called the store to let them know about the error the manager ask me for my name and told me I can come and pick up my mashed potatoes. if not now then at another time. I asked her about the inconvenience and the spoiled taste of the biscuits her response was they might replace the order if I come back at another time. I was not pleased with my order. I could have spent my money elsewhere and been more satisfied with my meal. This is my only meal for the day.

I HAVE NOT VISITED THIS LOCATION ONE TIME AND GOT WHAT I WANTED ! If you don’t sell popcorn shrimp at this location anymore then take it off the menu cause that’s false advertisement. If I said I’m looking for shrimp and you wait for me to order popcorn shrimp just to tell me you don’t sell it and then I asked for the butterfly shrimp and you say we don’t have any should’ve said that when I asked for shrimp Always got a attitude here. Customer service just sucks. I will not come back. This is my last try.

This location messes up your order, ALOT. The amount of times they leave out a side or sauce or wrong number of chicken is disappointing. I came in earlier today and 2 other people that went through the drive-thru walked in because their order was missing something. One employee even shook someone’s drink (for some reason) and it spilled and made a mess. She did not apologize or even offer something to clean the mess. No idea why she did that. Why would you shake lemonade ?

We came here the manager that was running the front counter is very nice I can TELL SHE IS A ROOKIE , But she was very nice My wait time for my food was anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes. But guess what when we got the food it was all hot and when we got in the car there was no complaints about all the people in the car so oh I do want to say this The lady that was working drive through was not being a team player She got to drive through knocked out it was over 10 people waiting in the lobby including myself and she didn’t bother to pump out no orders didn’t bother to pump out no mobile orders I was just like really You can tell she worked there for a while she’s older dark skin African American. And it was obvious that she doesn’t like to go the extra mile and doing stuff She did it for about 3 minutes and then was like yeah I’m toast. Oh yeah the lobby was clean though and the guy fried chicken he needs to pick up the pace during a lunch rush he should drop everything they have on the menu and then go back to Dustin Chicken drop all pre-breaded stuff then go back to doing that in your life would be easier and your line will move faster.
