before going shopping. Upon walking in I immediately noticed that their was one family infront of making their way to the only empty table. Across the dining room a couple began to make their way to the register to cashout. Although busy we were politely greeted by an passing wait staff and on e the table of the departed couple table was cleared we were quickly sat. Our waitress Summer was very friendly and good with the kids, she took out drink order. Followed by our food order promptly. As we waited for our food new customers continued enter quicker than the seated customers were leaving. However the wait staff ad cook staff continued to provide exceptional service. Overall a good experience for the cost.
The service nor food has ever been this poor. Probably won’t be back to this location for a long while, and definitely won’t recommend it.
We came in on a Sunday at 5:20 in the evening. There was one waitress and she had three tables. We sat down and waited, and waited. While we were waiting, a table that had been waiting when we got there had not been served so they left. When we finally place our order, we sat for an entire hour before we received our food. My pancakes were barely warm, my brother (who ordered pancakes) received a barely warm waffle. My eggs were undercooked and my brothers eggs were VERY undercooked. We are not ones to complain, so we were irritated but also starving after waiting an hour. But the real kicker was my husband’s food. He ordered the south-west skillet with hashbrowns instead of the normal potatoes, and no tomatoes. He got the normal potatoes (not a big deal, but not what he ordered) and no other veggie except a pile of tomatoes. It was covered in a sauce that was 1. Nothing like the picture 2. One of the most foul sauces I’ve ever tasted. It was rancid and spoiled. It was absolutely disgusting. He couldn’t eat it. I dont blame our waitress(she did take off the skillet) I think she could have been a lot better but she’s also very young. But the food and wait times were absolutely terrible. We paid $30 for a meal that tore us all up later. Don’t go here. The health department should be contacted first. Yikes. I will never go back. The couple that left when we got there had the right idea. We should have followed.
Also, to add to this… as we left, the waitress told the cook that,”there was something in that sauce” which he replied, “that’s not my problem”
