Literally laughed…these kids were out of Mac n cheese, coleslaw, cheesecake, minute maid lemonade. Everything I initially tried to order they were out of. I asked for 2 orders of chicken tenders, he said it would be a 5 min. wait. I said that’s fine. Then I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, and he said that will take 4 min. It was as if they didn’t want to serve me. They asked me to wait in the parking lot…which was over 10 min. They brought food out to the car that was in front of me…and then to the car behind me. I’m not sure what is wrong with this place, but I’ll never be back. Horrible customer service. I asked for Ranch dressing, with 2 orders of 5 piece chicken tenders the girl brought out only ONE ranch cup. She said I can drive back through their drive through if I wanted more…to sit in that line again??? Are you kidding me? Who is the manager of this place?! Just close your doors, honestly. What a disgrace.

Awful customer service to third party delivery drivers. Horrible communication skills throughout employees and to customer. Just came up to the register and stared at me with no greeting whatsoever. Inability to correctly follow third party order instructions without being told half the order is missing. Rude and intentionally slow when corrected and obviously miserable employees that should stay at home if they can’t work in a customer service oriented job.

Someone needs to learn how to fry chicken. Chicken was dry and over-cooked. Biscuits were also dry. The only item that was good was the Fanta drink. Another restaurant that probably won’t make it.

Tried to get food for work. I said in line for about 15 minutes so I was running late ordered shrimp, chicken, red beans and rice, mashed potatoes. After I finally got my food I tried to hurry and get to work when I got there I realized all I had was eight biscuits in my bag. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. I’ll never go here again.

Went in today at around 6pm no line and I understand why we ordered our food and told to drive around and waited 15 20 mins for our food then a awesome dude brought our food out and as he walking back in he had to let a car know he was closing because he was the ONlY ONE in the store Shame on you Popeyes and the owner how do you do that leave someone alone in a store on a Saturday unacceptable who ever owns that store should be ashamed and they should lose there store I hope you lose your only good employee I told him toss the keys inside and walk out if no one cares about you why care about that place plenty of places hiring. again shame on Popeyes
