I called the wrong Pizza Hut to place my order, even though I double checked with the person who answered. Anyway, when I got there to pick it up, the food wasn’t ready. The people there were so nice that they told me to go ahead and just place another order. They had the food ready for me lickety split without me having to wait a long time. They were friendly and understanding. The store was clean and the people are nice enough that they listen to you and take your order in either Spanish or English, and don’t shame you for speaking English like some places on Calle Ocho tend to do!!

Been going to this Pizza Hut now for a couple months. Everything so far has been good. Food is hot. Ready by the time I get there. Staff is polite. No problems with this place so far lol. Will keep going back there unless there is an issue they cannot resolve.

Rude, arrogant restaurant filled with liars. Ordered a pizza and was informed it would take 25-35 minutes. After 90 minutes I attempted to call this store to their phone number but was put on answering machine six times in a row. Finally, someone ordered and told me my order was on the way, but didn’t even know which order I was referring too. Then he started to contradict himself with every statement. Now after two hours I am still waiting for my order. Unbelievable. I am contacting my credit card company and having the charges reversed. Don’t order from these fraudsters!

Worst pizza hut ever…..I made a complain on Monday because the driver was not on time for the delivery and supposedly he got lost. I called the store and a lady answered the phone and I asked what happened to my delivery, she said that driver couldn’t find the destination and she wanted me to verify the information which I did. Then on the background I heard the manager saying is spanish “oye esa sabra bien la dirección, dile que nostros vamos al 701 pero no al 7001 , I was like tell your manager in the back that I placed two orders in the past and I haven’t had any problems with the delivery. Well anyways, I ordered again on Friday…. and you know what these disgusting people did to my order??? they put like 7 packages of ketchup inside the french fries container and it looked like if they did on purpose becuase they were all over the french fries and under it. They call me today to see if wanted a new order but i’ll not buy anything again from these people because what they did is antigenic. Also the boneless chicken wings were raw and not well cooked. How are you gonna put packages of ketchup mixed with a food that someone is going to eat???? Please don’t buy from this people again

Completely gave me the wrong order an when you call it goes to a call center to redirect you an then the main store never answers so you can’t get a refund unless you go thru hell on the app to do so.
