Katherine at the register was super helpful when the Popeyes app was not working. It turns out that the app could not send a confirmation to my Outlook acct. She said, “Try a Google email”. 3 minutes later I had my free sandwich coupon working. Service with a smile. Give her a raise!

Even though this location had mixed reviews. My experience was amazing; the chicken sandwich was crispy and juicy, the red beans and rice were smoky and flavorful, exactly as brand standard. Even the coke machine was bubble, fresh, and could tell they are cleaned regularly.The vibes were immaculate, chill, and peaceful. I had the most pleasant experience with Nicole, who quickly took my order and made it herself, all within 5 minutes. My cashier Elliot was attentive, and professional. I’d rate my experience 10/10. If you’re looking for a good Popeyes, that embodies the Louisiana spirit. This is the one you need to check out.

Came to the drive thru on 7/8 at 9pm. Sat at the speaker until 9:32pm and asked for a ghost pepper wing combo. I was then told by the operator that they did not have enough wings and they were about to close soon. Online it says you are open until 11pm. Even if you were closing at 10pm, you guys had me on hold for 30+ minutes and should’ve honored the order that literally takes 10 minutes to drop. The attitudes are horrible and the food is a hit or miss, never consistent. Go to the one in woodstock, kennesaw or marrietta.

Placed an order online 2 hrs prior to the store closing. Went to pick up order 30 mins after the order was placed to be told they were out of all sides except for fries and rice. They had multiple cars waiting to order through drive thru, and a few drove off. When I asked to speak to the manger, I didn’t even bother making a complaint because he looked 16 years old. I just asked for my order to be cancelled.

worst management. Ordered via app and selected drive thru pickup. As I pulled in, verified my order number, name and then told me that they cannot give me the order and I have to come in. I am dressed for office and do not want to smell like oil and told them asked if I can cancel the order. They said that they have to have me on video record me as I pick the order from inside as they had 1 incident where someone disputed. I said I need to cancel and help me cancel. The store manager at this point said I have to figure it our on the app . I looked and couldn’t figure it out and eventually stepped inside as a principle so they can cancel the order. She wouldn’t help and said your food is here , you are inside, take your order and go. I said I dont want to and help me cancel and she wouldnt help I asked for GM or store info and she wouldnt give and ultimately gave me wrong store number. I found the right one from my online receipt and filed a complain with the corporate HQ. The franchise owner should see that this store is being ranked low stars. Its most likely due to employee and management. Maybe need to retrain employees on how to handle customer service. BTW, this was my first Popey’s experience and would be my last.

I rarely leave reviews for anything but this is just ridiculous. Almost 30 minutes to get thru the drive through. Cashier completely forgot to tell me an item was out. When I finally got home I spilled an item because instead of giving me a proper lid for my mashed potatoes I got an upside down drink lid that I didn’t know about.
