This has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve ever ate at and I’ve ate at quite a few of them. The chicken was old and the skin was like it was under a heat lamp for days. We ordered 2 three piece spicy white meat only and got non spicy 2 dark pieces and one white,the Cajun rice had no taste at all and very bland and let me say the biscuits where hard as rocks.And on top of that they charged me 1.07 for a cup of ice cause there was hardly any ice in drinks. That was 30 dollars I spent that was a waste of money . Never again

Got a late dinner (8pm) and was able to order right away through the drive thru. Told us it’d be 10 minutes for spicy chicken tenders, or I could get regular tenders and hot sauce on the side. We waited the 10 minutes, also ordered 2 other meals. Received all meals after 15 minutes, no problem.. until we got home and realize the portion of the popcorn shrimp was a handful and it was extremely over cooked as if it’s been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. This is not a $5 meal. The shrimp meal is $11. I’m very disappointed. The Bethelview location is much better customer service and food wise.

This is getting expensive which would not be a problem if the quality of the food met the price. 8 pc. Box with no sides or biscuits $21.95- ok but what I received was 2 wings, a half of a breast which was so over fried that it split open and was of course dry, 2 small legs, one very small thigh and 1 regular size thigh. You can’t call in because the phone # is disconnected. This was a very disappointing experience. Never Again.

I’ll come through today I’m waiting she said she’s one person by her self in the store which is the management has told me they were not supposed to open the store if it’s one person And of today them running one person in the store is upsetting

Went here last night at 8pm. Ordered a 16 piece tender meal with Red Bean & Rice and Mashed Potatoes. Only 4 of the tenders were edible the other 12 were like beef jerky and smelled rotten. The RB&R was watered down and had no flavor.

I love Popeyes chicken, but this location is really bad. Initially it looks like they’re out of business. The grounds are covered in weeds and looks like no maintenance has been performed. The one time I went there, the people working seemed like I was bothering them and the sandwich was cold and tasted awful.

worst popeyes experience ever. stood in front of employees working for 5 minutes with no customers in the store and nobody took my order. Out of everything even napkins. Finally got my tenders and they weren’t even crispy. The atmosphere is prison-like.

“We don’t have tenders. We don’t have chicken sandwiches. We don’t have mac n cheese.” Enough! Poor taste of the fried chicken & fries indicates they are using old oil. Two employees working and one was from the breakfast shift sticking around to help out. These are not isolated instances. Even the weeds aren’t mowed. I don’t blame these poor employees, I blame the owner of this local franchise. We are done with this location.

Good product but obvious poor operational leadership at this and other locations. Extended wait times explained by cooking individual chicken orders from hard frozen. Take a lesson from KFC here! Drive thru window is filthy and general external appearance is poor. Sloppy attitude and customer service. No visible pride in this brand and they just don’t appear to care. This was once a finely run establishment but it’s image has diminished.

I keep trying to give this particular Popeyes the benefit of the doubt. But nope, each time it takes 25+ min to order via drive through. They have never had the dining area open (last 2 years). You have to use the drive through. Constantly out of different chicken, Spicy vs non Spicy, or no Hot Wings, etc.. Then when you do get your order it is wrong, Mash Potatoes vs Cole Slaw, small chicken pieces vs normal size! 4 pieces of small chicken (which is a Hot Wing in 99% of places) for about $15. Seems as though they are always short staffed! So yeah, not visiting this location again! But is this typical for Popeyes? I will have to validate!
