I don’t know where to begin with this review. Customer service is nonexistent, the store could’ve been a little cleaner, there’s no napkins stocked. Most fat (yes i purposely said fat not fast) food restaurant’s you get your own drink, but apparently they have to get it for you. She just walked off didn’t say a word. I had to get my own receipt. The other young lady with the gray shirt (assuming it’s the manager) tossed a box of honey to the cashier and told her to “restock your area”. That’s poor leadership and embarrassing to her employee.

My co workers wanted chicken so we choose Popeyes, what a mistake!! We ordered 16 piece family meal. Opened the box and it was full of wings and thighs. No Mac and cheese , but they did give me a cup of beans for my red beans and ride. Went back to the store to correct my order never received an apology from the management. Oh!! They did manage to give one cup of sweet sauce for 16 pieces of chicken.REALLY!!! . Service was at best mediocre. I want be back to this location.

I just left the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Wings w/ a side of red beans and rice. There’s literally ALL RICE. WTH Popeyes! Now I know this an All Blk Location, so they KNOW BETTER….. This mess ridiculous.

The entire experience was AMAZING.. the cashier was just as sweet as pie, and despite being talked down to by an entitled customer, she smiled through it all!! The chicken was super juicy and packed full of flavor!! We will definitely be back!! Thanks guys you are all AWESOME!!!

Ordered popcorn shrimp just look at photos the store was out of coke & bottle water, spicy chicken strips and a few more items. Biscuit was cold & hard! I got a box of fried batter. The napkin suppose to be shrimp!

I don’t normally leave reviews on places because I work fast food and I know how it can be, but tonight was just ridiculous. I Came into the establishment around 8:00pm, when I arrived, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, so I decided to come in to see if I could get my order quicker. That was not the case, the man that was on front counter, I don’t think he knew what he was doing, he wasn’t calling orders to the back after he took them, he wasn’t telling anyone about the wait times on food, he was just standing there and kept ringing people up and it was frustrating the lady in the back. I Sat in the lobby for 15 minutes before the cook told me they were JUST dropping my chicken, so that was another 15 minute wait on chicken. I appreciate the manager because she was on top of making sure that we all got what we needed and that everything was dropped, but they can do a little better with the speed and getting faster people on the register. Maybe it was just a bad night for the employees. The lobby closed at 9pm, I didn’t leave until 9:30pm.

You can’t go wrong with Popeyes Chicken; Delicious as usual. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is the manager. We came in with a coupon on the Popeyes app, before I could explain what I wanted, the manager stated you got to order online. I explained to her I chose the option to redeem in the restaurant, she replied you got to give it to the cashier. (He had just stated he didn’t know how to apply the coupon). She then called the cashier away to get ice. There was at least six people in line after me.

Well as usual the reviews say it all about this establishment. I went last week to get dinner for my family and what a disappointment. I love great customer service, but Georgia is lacking that in various cities. I ordered a 12-piece family meal with 2 sides and a lemonade [small]. The line was already long as usual. Once at the window, the young lady hands me the order. Of course, I check the order before driving off. That is a must with fast food restaurants and if you live out of state. She gave me two side orders of the same thing. I asked for red beans and rice and macaroni and cheese. She gave us two red beans and rice instead of asking me if would we like another side order. She gave us what she felt we should have for dinner. So, I pulled my receipt and looked it over again. Of course, the lemonade was on the order. She acted as if how could I ask for something I paid for. Just downright ridiculous. Some young people just don’t have customer service skills anymore. They are lacking the patience and drive that we had 30+ years ago. I made my decision to go to another Popeyes. I hate bad customer service and this state definitely needs to do better.

Worst service and experience of any Popeyes. I went thru the drive thru Saturday at 10:50 ordered a 3 pc spicy dark with a Fanta when I got my order it was a 2 pic white meat with a hi c. This was after repeating my order 3 times. I had to wait for 30 minutes in the drive thru again only to be told they were out of dark meat chicken, when they remain open until midnight. No one offered an apology and acted like it was normal to screw up orders.

I’m not sure how this place runs out of chicken on a consistent basis, but they do. For some reason, they can not cook more chicken before they completely run out of chicken to sale.
