I saw how many stars this Popeye’s had and was concerned, but my experience was great. The chicken was hot, fresh, and crunchy. The mac ‘n’ cheese was as good or better than at places much more expensive. I’m not a biscuit lover so may not be the best judge, but the nibbles I took seemed good. The woman at the window was quite pleasant, which isn’t common at drive-ins. Four stars for atmosphere? Well how much atmosphere can a drive-up lane have. It was clean and the plants were healthy, LOL.

The food was okay. The fries weren’t crispy and the biscuit a little dense. However, saying that there were only three people working, they did great. The cashier was so busy, but still friendly. Everyone seemed to be doing their best and that’s really all one can ask for. Actually, one could ask for corporations to acknowledge that their restaurants need more staff.

My wife and I do door dash and we went to pickup a order and the red headed lady that I didn’t get to get her name told my wife and I that we needed to pull off her speaker box bc she couldn’t fill anymore orders bc they closed in 15 mins. But yet she came out of the door and was screaming at me she was gunna call the police on me bc she said no other door dash person has had to take a pic and show they had been at the store. She was rude and that’s messing with not only our time but cutting door dash cusmers out of their food orders. So I don’t advise anyone to go to that place while she works at all!!!!!! It was childish!!!!!!

Bought 2 sandwiches a classic and a spicy sandwich and lg fries. When I got home I realized that I did not get my spicy chicken sandwich. Is the second time that happens. Was not going to post, but one was for my son and the other one was for me. I want to add to the post went back to get my sandwich around 6:00 pm. Ask to speak to the manager, she told me she was the General Manager. Gave me the worst attitude because I didn’t had the receipt. She made the sandwich at the end, it was the worst sandwich, and it was the wrong one. I took it back to her and she was blaming someone from the staff. Her name is Keegan, don’t know if I’m spelling it right..

Almost ALWAYS closes 30+ minutes before the advertised time. And if you’re lucky enough to actually be able to order something, double check your bag, because the dipping sauces I ordered have been missing almost every single time. Also, a “manager” there once told me there was no way to ring in a la carte tenders and made me pay for a combo meal, and when I went a few days later, another employee was able to do it with no problems. I’ve been a Popeyes regular in Rochester, NY, Athens, and this location, and I’ve never been so consistently disappointed. The quality of the food I get hasn’t been bad, but with all these issues, it just leaves a terrible taste. I wouldn’t go here if it weren’t the only Popeyes within 35 minutes.

I came only for the ghost pepper wings! They are amazing! Great taste. Spicy and not too spicy. The price is even better. $5 you can’t beat that. And I even got a extra wing lol. I always add a little salt n pepper to get to the way I liked it. Try that too.

Went thru drive thru on my lunch break to grab food and was rudely told they didn’t have any sandwiches. The people behind me ordered something im guessing the same and we were all stuck in line because there is no way out of that place that doesn’t risk popping a tire. She could have offered a sandwich with 3 chicken fingers or something but the attitude was unnecessary. Maybe next time put a message on the board that y’all are out so we don’t waste our time. Customer service is ZERO!!!

This GM at this location is terrible. How can you call yourself a leader being that rude. Being a leader you have to lead by example and she is definitely not a leader. Once again I’m a GM and I am definitely not like that to my staff or my guest. Hence the reason why my location doubled in profit. I’ve been in this business for 24 years and owned my own business and never delivered service like her. She is terrible. She talks nasty and then slams the window in face. Please tell me Popeyes why are you letting this slide. It’s obvious from the reviews she does not know what she is doing hands down.

Quick, friendly service. We went inside, ordered food to go. Got home and we had everything as ordered, except we asked for mashed potatos with no gravy, and, of course, we had gravy on the potatos. Wife wasn’t pleased about that. Otherwise, the food was hot, tasty, and generous portions.
