Okay, I love this place normally. However, being seated in a dirty section with multiple unbussed tables and the hostess needing to take my drink order after 5 mins or so because no servers came by is insane. The restaurant was almost empty and finally a server came out and took my order. The food came out and looked great and smelled awesome. I was looking forward to eating. The problem? No silverware. For 20 mins i watched servers and what I eventually found out was the manager walk by repeatedly and none of them stopped by even the one server who came out to start bussing the tables around me even though she left them unfinished. I finally got the attention of the manager, Alex Dennis, who apologized profusely for my issues. My point, everyone regardless of party size, should be attended to. IHOP is a great place to eat and enjoy. Apparently, though, it depends on your party size and what day and time you come in.

After a few days of snow, we had to venture out for mandatory from home. Restaurants were closing to allow their workers safe travels home and some were short workers because the side roads arent all cleared.
We truly we arrived at IHOP at the right time, with a great hostess, waitress, and cook. The restroom was absolutely clean and fresh smelling. The restaurant was clean. The waitress swiftly came with a smile and a pleasant and professional character. Keirra was a joy to have.
We ordered chicken Florentine Crepe. It was the BEST!!! Flavors complemented one another. The portion size was great.
Husband ordered bottomless pancakes with eggs and turkey sausage. . Keirra made sure our beverages never were low.
We hadn’t been to IHOP in over a year and this encouraged us to return, when we can. This location is now a 24 hour site. Thanks.

We visited the restaurant with my family for the first time, and it is very well located. The service staff was extremely kind and attentive when taking our order. The food was delicious, and the wait time was quite short.
However, I believe it is important to point out that the restroom area needs attention, as an unpleasant odor was noticeable from the entrance hallway. Since it is located near the main entrance, this issue could leave a negative impression on customers. I recommend that management address this matter as soon as possible. Aside from this detail, everything else was excellent.

This is one of the best iHops in the RDU area. The service is always great and the food is delicious and fresh. My family and I come about twice a month or so and everything is always consistently great: service and food alike. Our server, Kira is AMAZING. She is always so kind and friendly, welcoming and attentive. She is like a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service front facing roles. It was touching that she remembered our names and our drink orders. She is patient and informative, too. My family sometimes can get caught up in conversation and we forget to look at the menu so often we need more time deciding our orders. Instead of getting frustrated or impatient, Kira is aware and understanding. She is a great communicator as well. Letting us know that she’ll be back, after checking on other tables and customers, giving us more time to think and that she’s open to answering any questions we may have upon her return. Kira knowledge of the menu and always willing to offer suggestions or if you have dietary restrictions/modifications she is helpful in offering alternatives and suggestions. Ask for Kira if you ever get the chance to dine here! The other staff and management are also friendly and welcoming. An overall great experience each time.

We had our breakfast this morning with a paper on the door said they had internet issues and only accepting cash only for the moment. No wondering the place were half empty. Luckily we have cash in hands.
But the manager for the day he was double checking at first that we read the sign and be ok with it.
I’m not sure if IHOP changed their menu or different state has different menu, but I was looking forward to have eggs Benedict with smoked salmon like we had before in California and this location didn’t have it.
Also I didn’t see Swedish crepes either.
The menu that I had it was sticky, I had to go to the bathroom to wash my hands. Maybe something that they need to do to wipes their menu daily before hand it to customers.
Service was good the food was not bad.
I wish my fresh berry crepes at least came out with a decorations of whipped cream on top or some sweet sauce on the side (it was a bit dried for my taste).

Just Being Honest
The receptionist assigned yesterday morning around 9:00am, March 3, 2026 was very disappointing. I understand that the restaurant was busy, and we completely respect that. However, as customers, it’s natural for us to follow up when the wait time exceeds what we were initially told. Unfortunately, she was very rude in her response.
I understand that the place became extremely busy, but she did not seem to understand the nature of the industry she is in. My father and mother-in-law have been coming here for years, and yesterday was my father-in-law’s birthday. He specifically requested to have breakfast with the whole family here, only to be met with that kind of attitude.
If she is unable to handle customer interactions during busy times, perhaps a different role would be more suitable.

The food is good service is good atmosphere is good the only thing I don’t like is the fact that they took the ham and egg melt off of the menu and used to we could get the waiter and waitresses to order it special but now nobody wants to accommodate us and me and my wife used to get it all the time ! If someone that makes decisions would bring the ham and egg melt back it would be greatly appreciated thank you for listening !

First issue was I repeated my phone number a couple times to get text . I was told it would be 10-15 min wait. After 30 mins I go inside and come to find out he still put the wrong number. Then we get seated and the table and seat was still wet and food on the seat which got on my partner pants. Our server Sheila was the best part of our visit. She was attentive. While waiting for our food, we witnessed servers poor handling with patrons food and drinks. Fingers touching the food, holding glasses over the top of glass instead of the base. Someone came and swept right where we were eating. Serves should not be the cashier as well. They are touching cash and credit cards that have tremendous germs on them and then assisting with food and beverages, not sanitary at all. Also they should not have plates piled up on their chest smh clothes. If you need to make more than one trip then do so , better than it touching their clothes. These are observations for improvement. Thank you

We arrived at 9:30 and were seated immediately, but the wait after that was absolutely terrible. We were seated for a full half hour before the hostess came over and asked if we had been approached yet, which was a hard no. After another ten minute wait we finally had someone take our order. Food came out quick, but it was mediocre. I had the avocado toast, but the bread was soggy and stale. Then, after about three bites, I notice a brown hair in my food. I just picked it out and as the waitress came over and dropped off our check right in the middle of us eating. We weren’t even half way done with the meal. And to top it all off, there was a blonde hair in my pancakes. I’m not one to be incredibly picky about hair in my food, but two different hairs in two different dishes is ridiculous and unsanitary. Terrible service with terrible food to boot. 0/10
