Stephanie asked me to be patient due to a previous emergency in store, she was in the store alone doing everything. I obliged and she took my order when she was caught up. She had my food ready with no wait when I pulled up to the window, I told her to take a deep breath because she was very flustered. I will definitely be back to this Popeyes. The last time I went to Popeyes I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food. This time, I got fries instead of mashed potatoes, there were pickles on my sandwich when I said no pickles, and I don’t know what my drink was but it was not the Diet Coke I ordered. I love the food so I will probably be back but they need to work on order accuracy and timeliness.

Closed early & I placed an order on the app, then the app won’t give me a refund so I have to wait 24-48 hours for an email. Like imagine I didn’t have any extra money to replace the food with something else, even though I already paid for Popeyes? Like what if that was my last $30 to feed my kids? Update your Google hours! It’s really annoying.

The fews times I’ve come here they take forever with your order and I’m not exaggerating, we always end up waiting 30+ minutes for our food. The service is terrible the ladies are always rude. Popeyes food in general is y’all pretty good but this service is ridiculous since it’s fast food. I don’t even have to wait this long for my food in a nice restaurant. Another disappointing trip to Popeyes. The car in front of me at the drive thru sat at tge order screen for several minutes before they just drove off. I pulled up to the order speaker and waited for about 5 minutes. Noone said anything over the speaker so I drove off and went to Jersey Mike’s. The last 2 times I came here they told me their computers were down and they couldn’t take any orders. This is my last time ever stopping here.

Younger workers were bringing the older workers down. They seemed confused and lacked skill compared to the hospitality and professionalism of the older workers. Ended up waiting for my food an extra 20 mins even though it was sitting there done.
