Another disappointing trip to Popeyes. The car in front of me at the drive thru sat at tge order screen for several minutes before they just drove off. I pulled up to the order speaker and waited for about 5 minutes. Noone said anything over the speaker so I drove off and went to Jersey Mike’s. The last 2 times I came here they told me their computers were down and they couldn’t take any orders. This is my last time ever stopping here.

Service was ok but the food was not fresh. I had to wait 10 min for two sandwiches that were not cooked fresh and there were only 3 employees there….per usual. The only thing I bought that was hot was the mashed potatoes which I LOVE!

My family and I went through the drive thru one evening and ordered one #1 chicken sandwich combo, 2 large fries, and two biscuits. When we pulled away from the drive thru and checked the bag, the biscuits were missing. So I rolled back through to the window and let the kid know I was missing the biscuits, receipt in hand. At first, he laughed and said “Really??” Then he said he didn’t ring me up for biscuits at all… UH look at the receipt sir. He walks away for a long time, comes back and says there is no biscuit with the combo. Fine… I still ordered two extra and paid .89 a piece for them. He walks away again, and several minutes later – what I’m assuming was the manager on duty – comes to the window with the bag of two biscuits and says, “Now, I’m going to go ahead and give you these…..” Sir you started with me all wrong right THERE. You can’t give me anything…. that I’ve already paid for. I don’t even know what else he was going to say because I cut him off there and told him… you have my receipt in your hand, I didn’t leave the premises… I rolled back through immediately. Do you think I threw the biscuits under my seat? I promise you if I attempt to get free food from a restaurant, it won’t be the .89 cent biscuits. Not only did this man not apologize, he told us not to come back. No need, this has turned me off not only to this location, but Popeyes in general. It doesn’t help that his interaction was in January… it’s about to be March, and even though online support was quick to respond, I have not heard a word from the franchisee or anyone affiliated with this location. I don’t want anyone’s job… I think your managers and teenage employees desperately need retraining.

Food was okay but cold, our order was incorrect and it took 17 minutes to place the order and another 18 minutes to receive incorrect and missing items.. this was the night shift after my son’s away game at Clinton high.I don’t think the manager had control of the situation..totally trying her best and she apologized for the inconvenience..buttttt, the drive-thru cashier “Buck” was tweaked out of his mind..he laughed about screwing up and the manager literally fussed at him 3times to say”its not funny, give them what they want” whoaaaa bizarre experience.. the worst part, my best friend was a car behind me and he had the pleasure of “The Buck experience “

My first visit to a Popeye’s. I ordered the regular chicken sandwich. It was good, but the sauce was still too hot, for me. And the chicken was breaded like nothing I’ve seen before, it was thick Tea was good, fries were good and my Dad loved his popcorn shrimp. I would not be against eating there again, but wouldn’t seek one out. The seating area and what all I saw appeared clean. The atmosphere would have been much better if the manager on duty, I’m guessing, wasn’t fussing at an employee in front of all the customers. Poor leadership.
