Every time I get a sandwich from this location they do it EXACTLY how I ask and they make it so good!! Other einstein bagels off 1st- 5th and wadsworth are inedible and the employees are incredibly rude. I will drive all the way to the arvada location every time because they actually care about serving you a great sandwich. The crew here is also kind, great job!!

I rarely frequent Einstein Bros. (perhaps never?) but I decided to stop by this location today. I ordered the 13 bagel box but upon arriving home I discovered I had been shorted a bagel. Not a real big deal but I guess you should dump the box on the counter and count them yourself. I called and they offered a bagel on my “next” visit. Fair enough but I would rather they just check the count first.

My daughter tried to send me a nice mother’s day breakfast from here. It was perfect in every way except…. the avocado used on an AVOCADO egg sandwich was not ripe, it was very hard with no flavor. I had to pick it out to enjoy my sandwich. Very disappointing!! She spent good money trying to do something nice for her mom…. Do better Einstein Bros.!!

Quick run in run out needed something quick ordered a cinnamon roll and I believe juice and got all the way back to the bus stop and no fork for a to go order with a heated cinnamon roll. Still a great breakfast.

This used to be such pleasant Einstein to go into but lately the staff has been so unwelcoming. Two visits ago, a female employee was being really rude to another employee. Not sure if was joking but when I asked the same employee a question about a certain item, the female employee answered me with such a sarcastic tone. Einstein, you used to be a place where customers felt welcomed. Now, not so much.

I ordered 1 doz. plain begals in 2 plastic bags. I tipped the clerk $1. The transaction was completed & she handed me 6 begals in 2 plastic bags – 3 in each bag. I said I ordered 1 doz. not 6 begals. Her response was “I heard 1/2 a dozen.” There was no – “I’m sorry” or “Let me fix that for you” response ever. So, I said, ” Let me have the dozen I need. So, she rang up another 1/2 doz. begals, stuffed them into the 2 bags. I didn’t not tip her this time, but she gave me $.90 senior discount. Guess I aged a lot in those 3 minutes.
