Came in for breakfast and bagels were small I mean unnecessarily small not normal sized, called to advise that we had small amounts of food. We had a dragonfruit drink two bagels and two hashbrowns. Paid $30 dollars to have not even a decent size breakfast. Called the store and spoke to someone and they had attitude the whole time denied the fact that it was small without seeing it and argued with me. I have been to plenty of Einstein bagels and never have I gotten such horrible service!

I had a long wait but the person who handed me my food apologize. The real issue is the food itself. The pizza bagels always look dry and with less toppings than they should have (from various locations) so this is what I expected. However, the plain bagel had a huge chunk that was inedible. It was hollow and filled with cream cheese to cover it. When I took a bite it was absolutely way too crispy and didn’t taste good at all.

I’ve frequented this location for years – and for the last year the service has gone downhill badly.
They often only have one or two people working at peak morning hours. As I’m standing here there are two people working and twelve waiting for food. I’ve been here 25 minutes for two simple bagels.
These employees are kind and patient, but management and ownership has done an awful job ensuring this store is properly staffed to meet demand. Einstein’s leadership – you need to do better.

Great bagels and when the people show up for work the service is fine. The problem is they no show and aren’t ready in the morning. I’ve travel to this area twice a month for work since October and this morning is the fourth time I’ve tried to go only to find them not open. Luckily Starbucks is next door but it would be nice to have a location that’s actually reliable.

Service was great and the everything bagel with extra shmear I ordered was perfect, but the vanilla cold brew was the worst thing I ever tasted in my life. I don’t know if they accidentally used black tea or what. But it didn’t taste like coffee. It tasted like slightly sweetened battery acid in my mouth.

We use Einstein Bagels for each Quarter meeting. Our Q-2 was today and we put a catering order in for 10am. When my staff arrived they didn’t have the order ready because “they ran out of printer paper”. Although the order was ready 10:20 the manager had a terrible attitude towards my team member and would not speak to me on the phone. We ordered a few sandwiches to go with our order and they forgot the shmere and still added Swiss when I subbed it for cheddar on my sandwich. Will be looking for alternatives moving forward.

Today the lady not sure if she’s the manger but she was bossing the other workers around in such a mean way. She was first taking orders then got frustrated and started to make the bagels but she was throwing deli meat and bagels in the trash, she missed the trash and a bagel slid to the customers area. My tasty turkey sandwich wasn’t made correctly neither was my coffee.

Management must have recently changed because today was rough. One employee seemed to be doing everything and when she finally got the other employee out, that employee seemed confused and unorganized. This second employee had a nametag that had “GM” written after her name. She rang up my order and I said I wanted the spinach Florentine bagel twice, but my order still came out incorrect. She was the same person who then asked how she could help me when I was back in line. I told her my order was wrong. She started to work on it, got distracted by something and walked to the back. She came back out and asked me what my order was again. She seemed to get distracted again and asked for my order a third time before the first employee told her my order and where to find the ingredients. I did finally receive my (correct) order and it was covered in bacon grease. I also saw both employees use the same gloves to make food, move a dirty water bucket out of the way, carry supplies from the back to the front (metal bins of food), and ring at the register. Food safety doesn’t seem to be a priority here. This location has severely gone down in services being provided. I hope the 2nd employee with “GM” On her nametag isn’t actually the general manager here, but most likely is. Shame, the food offered by Einstein is typically worth it, but I won’t be coming back to this location.

I’m a food delivery driver and I picked up an order on Sunday morning, the order was not ready when I arrived but the service experience was A+. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a good morning, eye contact and a smile the teamwork was outstanding and the staff worked together quickly and efficiently to make sure I had everything I needed for a smooth delivery! They truly went above and beyond and I will be happy to bring my family here to eat.

Einsteins is my go to shop for bagels. Not dense. Light and fluffy. Usually go for the Farmhouse or Nova Lox. Service takes care of you.
