Sorry to say the grease tasted old and it was as salty as it was hot couldn’t finish it I wasted 8 bucks. So that hurts my feelings and pocketbook. But also the red beans and rice were dry take a look at those beans they look like glue they’re dried up and gummy. Just not a good day for chicken I guess. But the person that took my order was so good and friendly she did a great job in taking my water very upbeat thank you for that that’s probably the only reason why I’m not turning around and taking this stuff back.

People are friendly and my food is always hot. Would’ve given a 5* if they hadn’t forgotten to put 1 of my items in the bag the 1st I visited. Got 20 mins away and realized it wasn’t there didn’t want to drive back. I’ve been to this location 3 times and that was the only mishap. Mistakes happen

Popeyes is a great alternative to bojangles in my opinion. Their chicken sandwich and their tenders are just a step above. I have only visited this location during lunch, and it is often incredibly busy. You may wait up to 5 minutes just to have your order taken if you go inside. Often they only seem to have one person staffed to take orders, as well as prepare those orders and hand them out. If you don’t mind waiting for 10-15 minutes. The food is actually really good. Their sauces are the best of any fast food stop in my opinion. If you haven’t tried the blackened ranch, I highly recommend you do.

Don’t order chicken tenders from here, you’ll get flat cuts of dark meat that are hard and chewy. Last few times I’ve come they’ve taken forever (10 and then 20 minutes on two sep occasions) to get my order together.

They were out of everything and the lady at the window was literally ignoring me outside her window and went to the kitchen to avoid speaking to me. Overheard the manager telling her they only had spicy tenders ready for the kids meal and to ask me, she proceeded to NOT do that and told her just to put in the spicy ones. Luckily my 6yo has a heat tolerance. Wilson customer service is literally the worst

I went to this restaurant today and waited for 1 hour. As I waited I was not addressed. No one said I apologize for the wait it will be shortly or nothing in reference to me waiting. After about 50 minutes of standing in line with only 2 people in front of me I was able to place an order. Once I placed an order I requested that I get the chicken that had recently came up. The cashier relayed the message to the manager. The manager rolled her eyes and went to the opposite side to speak with the cook. She proceeds to walk back to the front and ask him out loud hey did that chicken just come up. He said yes and put the few pieces of old chicken with the new chicken. I asked her why did he mix the old chicken with the new chicken she said “it’s called a fill in we have to sell it” (mind you that same chicken I witnessed was there when I walked in and I was there for 50 minutes at that point, so I don’t know if it was there longer than that or not.) I said oh okay. About 5 minutes later she told me we have some more chicken coming up I’ll just give you the fresh chicken that’s coming up. I said ok thank you ma’am. I seen the fresh chicken come up she still managed to mix the chicken anyways while boxing it up. Mind you I’m looking at the fresh chicken and it’s white meat and dark meat. She was determined to not give me all fresh chicken as requested. Even though I witnessed her still mixing my chicken I didn’t say anything else but may I have some hot sauce and honey. She gave me some and when she did I said thank you ma’am you have a good one. This lady ignored me. I’m guessing she was the main manager on duty because her shirt was different from everyone else’s. The shift that came in at 4 p.m. did try to move with some type of urgency. The shift before they were all walking around very slow like they didn’t care. (All but a younger female with braids) she looked as she was frustrated but still trying. I don’t know how the cole slaw is made but this time it didn’t taste right. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible and preferably from a different manager that was on duty. Please and thank you.
