Just came from this location and do not have any complaints. This is a small location combined with a convience store and fuel station. The drive through was very busy and several people placed orders at the counter. I ordered a 10 piece spicy legs and thighs to go. My order was made fresh while I waited, and I was given courtesy drinks. My order was correct, the chicken was seasoned nicely and the sides were hot. The green beans were a little bland for my taste, but other than that, this was a good experience.

I live in the area and occasionally stop by for the shrimp combo. Last time I was here they said they were out of shrimp. And they have been out of other things in the past as well. The fountain drinks are either not available or just down right nasty. The employees don’t seem to care about customer service at all. They’re just there to be there. Excessively long wait times even for fresh food. Only reason for two stars is that when they do get the food available and the order right. It is good food. Obvious lack of leadership by someone in this store. I would only recommend trying this location if you’re willing to take a chance at a wrong order or a waste of time.

Not only did I receive a long wait time but bad service as well. As soon as I pulled up to order at the drive thru the man asked me to wait a minute with would have been fine if he had been paying attention to me when i was ordering it would have been okay. I asked for combos an put it down as just the five dollar boxes so when I asked for drinks he said that it did not come with drinks. I this said that I asked for a combo an he replied to that with a I did not hear you. So not only did I have to wait for him so I could order but he did not pay attention to me when I was. The Cajun Fries also just taste like regular French fries.

Service at this location is slow and terrible. Worst of all, to me, is the lack of courtesy. While i understand that maybe they’re doing great business, waiting at the drive-in for more than 15 minutes without a spoken word from the cashier is inexcusable. I will not patronize this business again.

My friend, God daughter, and I ate in. Her chicken was cold. They do not make/sale the grilled blackened chicken that I always get from the other Popeye’s locations, which was the whole reason I went! The male manager was not very friendly.

Didnt like too much, fries were great. I ask Manager for some honey and he said he couldnt give me any that i had already had enough!! I never had honey to start with it was hot sauce he gave me. Anyways what difference did it make how much i wanted. Just give me some damn honey!!!

The food is good especially the biscuits but don’t ever use the restrooms. The restrooms may be located inside the convenience store but they are POPEYES responsibility and they are nasty. Never any toilet paper, soap, or paper towels. This one is located in Eden, NC

Had not been there in a couple years and was disappointed this time. It took 20 mins to get my take out food. Service was slow and very unorganized. The cashier was not very friendly but the boy bringing the food up was nice.

Why is there a photo of chicken? This is no longer Popeye’s. I have not eaten at Yonos and dont plan to eat there. Its shady. Ive heard bad things about the food and service. Always seemed shady over the years.

Wait time is excessive due to cooks cooking most orders fresh. Question is it due to quality concerns or controlling food waste? So plan on camping out while they cook it up fresh. It’s this way in every location I’ve eaten at.
