I walked in and I was gonna order some food, but I had to use the bathroom first this is pictures from when I went into the bathroom once I seen this. I immediately changed my mind if they don’t clean the bathroom you can only imagine what they do with the kitchen.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed a larger order on the Popeyes App for pickup. When proceeding to drive thru to pick up my mobile order, I was instructed that I cannot pick up at drive thru, and was instructed to come inside. I parked and went inside to grab my order when I was told that they did not have one of the items that I ordered. I asked if I could get a refund on that order, to which the night shift manager said that they could not give me a refund because I placed the order on the app. I’m already annoyed at the inconvenience at this point, then I asked how do I go about getting my refund, to which she replied I don’t know, you’ll have to figure it out using the app. I then asked if I could just get something in place of the missing item for equal or lesser value, to which she responded with a rude tone that it was not an option at all. I also had said that the app said that I was allowed to pick up my order through the drive thru, but she said she told staff they weren’t allowing that because they were too busy. I then had said to her that she was probably one of the rudest managers that I have ever spoken too. She then raised her voice and had said that she would be rude to me if I was rude to her. Mind you, I’m just annoyed that they’re telling me I can’t get my money back or get a replacement. So I stood to the side waiting for the rest of my food to be made and given to me when I hear another team member state they were “refurbishing” my order and giving it to other customers. I then asked if I could just get the side I ordered with my unavailable item, and she replied “I’m not giving you any of your food”. Then I asked for them to cancel my order so I could receive my money back and she said she couldn’t do that. At this point she’s making comments to her coworker that the owner expects them to be nice to the customers, but she wasn’t going to be nice to anyone that was giving attitude . Mind you, I’m not asking for anything unreasonable, but I’m just annoyed at the whole situation and lack of answers on how to get my money back. As my daughter and I walked out to make a phone call, she made a comment “Well, guess she isn’t our problem now!” Then herself and another coworker came outside through the back and were watching us outside while I was on the phone. Ended up calling the non emergency line to have an officer help us to get some kind of proof that the food wasn’t given to us so I could call corporate to get a refund or file a fraud charge on my card. The officer was super understanding and went in and came out with our order, but at this point I really wasn’t trusting that the food had been tampered with. Not sure who is in charge of assigning managerial roles, but lack of training on customer service was a big issue tonight. Safe to say we will never come here again, and if I were you, I’d stay away too.

The drive thru did not greet, verify what I ordered, or thanked me once I paid and asked for me to park at the front of the restaurant. Waited for over 20 mins then had to go inside the restaurant to pickup my order. Realized when I got home the food: chicken tenders and the basket shrimp was horrible. Did not get the large Cajun fries with a 8 piece Chicken family meal. It was totally disappointing.

This is by far the worst Popeyes in the area. Drive through wait is almost always 30 minutes and the food is lukewarm at best. Not sure what in the heck takes so long. I was really hopeful they would have improved when Publix went in the shopping center. Avoid at all costs.

I went to the drive thru and waited about 25 minutes for a 10 piece. However, the food was fresh and the mac-n- cheese came from grandma’s kitchen (very good). The employees weren’t nice and weren’t rude but can benefit from some sort of customer service training. I would recommend going but only if you’re not in a rush.

I boycotted this location for more than a decade then decided to give it a 3rd chance. My first 2 visits I waited in the drive thru for 7 minutes without a response. Earlier today I ordered a chicken sandwich through Uber eats with Mac cheese and cheese. There weren’t any napkins or a fork in my bag, I’m unimpressed.

Once again an online order got it home no wings. ……Just to add. My wife took the order back and the wings were put in the bag. The original order had 2 fry and 2 mashed potatoes( we only ordered 1 of each). Guess what?? They said keep it. And to make my day… no sauce for the wings that we ordered!! How hard is it to get an order right? The reply of “making sure that this doesn’t happen again ” rings hollow. This is the second time with no wings. I am done. K.F.C. is right up the road. I should not have to open a sealed bag to check every item each time I go to Popeyes. Look at your terrible reviews! Why don’t you ever fix the problem? All I can say is CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. BETTER YET, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
