After a bad experience with the Ihop in Redlands, they sent me a gift card and used it last night.
Me and the family went, the service was quick and the food came out delicious.
This location is huge inside, nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.
I had the Country Fried Steak Breakfast with eggs over hard with cheese. Only problem, the cook forgot my cheese on my eggs. But, the server acknowledged the mistake right away, took it back and fixed the error promptly! Everything was delicious and amazing, Ihop has redeemed itself with me. I highly recommend this location!

Food was good, just mildly warm. Got my food quick, but didn’t see my server until I asked someone if I could get the check. Didn’t get checked up on for a refill or if I needed anything else. I got a drink to go though! So eating most of my food with no drink wasn’t too fun. It was pretty packed so I waited for them to come, although after 20+ minutes I had to ask someone. Then they aggressively put my ticket down I’m sorry you have to work at work. If the food was hot and the service was at least regular.. it would be a 5 out of 5. Second time this happens. Last time they were understaffed with a table of like ten so I understand. Today was bad though

We stopped here after a conference and there was only one waitress. She did a great job considering. I ordered eggs benedict and they were just ok. The french toast was good. We had a good time though.

The waitresses were kind of rude. Kept forgetting to bring refills. My daughter waited for her cocoa for most of our meal there. Then was given 2 that were significantly different sizes.

I came in early in the morning to pick up some breakfast to take to work with me. I ordered ahead on the app. My food was correct and the people working were very nice and personable. Definitely recommend this location.

The food was good and the service was good also. Good quality meal/ breakfast, it was expensive but right now what isn’t? The bathrooms were ok. We ordered the chicken and waffles, the 2×2×2 meal and the tres leches pancakes. The chicken and waffles were filling and the chicken strips (4 for the adult menu & 2 for the kids menu version) were crispy outside and soft/ tender on the inside. The 2×2×2 breakfast was good, not bad for portion size. The tres leches cake pancakes, I was told, were very sweet but sweet was expected from something with tres leches in its name. Parking was tight but we went around 9-11am, so probably that is why

I just picked up my online curbside order and never came out , I had to go in and get it and it was already ready just never came out. on top of that the crepes I ordered didn’t come with anything it said it did, not even on the side just completely missing and cold. worst experience and to make things worse it was incredibly expensive

Surprisingly this is a really good location. Staff was friendly and professional. It was clean. The food was good. I accidentally left my sunglasses and they ran me down outside to get them back to me. Good experience.

IHOP on University in San Bernardino. Wow, what a wonderful Veterans Day meal. We also had the sirloin tips and they were also excellent. Very friendly staff and great food.
