I am very unhappy with the overall experience after ordering via Door Dash this evening. I placed an order around 10pm and the food arrived at 11:17pm. I made efforts to reach out to the store and the driver to get update on the order. No one would answer the phone. How convenient. The food was cold. Many items, to include potatoes and sauces, were missing, the two sodas were disgusting and like pure syrup and had no ice. To add insult to injury here, the sodas had no stickers covering the lids for sanitary reasons. This is a huge health violation. We spent over $40 on this awful stuff you refer to as great food. I think this must be the worst experience ever for me personally. I will never order from Popeyes ever again. This is very sad to me and quite disgusting. Popeyes used to be great. This whole scenario sounds like a narcisstic rage where your establishment was upset that we ordered late and you did not want to take the order. Hope this was worth losing a customer permanently. I see that this store has many bad reviews and now you have one more.

This place not only has the worst Customer Service, they should be ashamed to even operate! My wife is Diabetic. She needs her meals regularly. We placed an order. They took they money out of my account immediately. We waited over an hour for our meal and all of a sudden….THEY CANCELED OUR ORDER WITH NO REASON WHY! NO REFUND! You’ll be contacted by one of our customer specialists in 24 to 48 hours. So my DIABETIC wife is supposed to die because of YALL!?

Went to the drive thru at 10:53 pm. 17 December 2025. Guy came on the intercom and says they are closed.. I asked what time do they close, he says 10:55 they have to “start” closing, Even tho I’m seeing the restaurant hours say closing is at 11pm. What’s the point in listing that you close at 11pm. If you gona close before then?..
After I left my review. I went to read all the other reviews.. Now I can see why this place has many 1 stars and many complaints. This restaurant does not seem to be managed in an effective. Looks like the workers there takes their job as a joke. According to the views they don’t seem to be serious.

Please beware that the 2 small mashed potatoes are $12.48 dollars. I got the 2 4p Classic chicken dinners but it was one get one free . I had it delivered to my home and it ended up to be $50.50. This is ridiculous and I am the one who didn’t read all of the fees to get it delivered. I will next time go there .But it will be a long time

Popeyes forgot all four fountain drinks in my family order. I first thought it was the Door Dash driver, and was ready to be banned, but figured I’d call the establishment first. When I called, they told me I could come in anytime for a free item. I said, “Great—make it four, since it was four drinks.” They said no.
Now, technically two of my family members are ages 3 and 1, so they didn’t really know or care. But I knew. And in that moment, the Local Guide Beast stirred from its slumber.
The food was fine. The drinks were imaginary. The biscuits were as dry as my sense of humor.
Two stars: one for the chicken, one for the memory of the drinks that never were. And a warning: no one crosses Michael Scarn.
Edit: they also double charged me, when the manager assured me I wouldn’t. Now I have a dispute open with my credit card. Gotta love it!

My first ever rating just because of how much I diike this store. It is consistently the slowest fast food store I’ve EVER been to and that says a lot considering I’m not even from this area. There’s always ingredients missing and when I order something it’s half-assed. This store should honestly either be torn down and replaced or whole staff fired and a fresh crew come in. This store is just horrible.

I use to really enjoy the food at this location I have been very disappointed with my last two visits. $16 bucks for a 2piece then instead of getting two thighs I basically got 2 chicken nuggets. Chicken is very overpriced and it’s very upsetting to get thighs this small.fries were also very cold and chicken was lukewarm. Perhaps it’s time for new management or just shut this location down overall.

This place was a joke one guy was working hard to fill orders while everyone else, including the manager either stood around doing nothing or looked like they were literally asleep. I filmed the guys just standing around. Place was a mess, trash not cleaned off tables looked like they had not been wiped down all day. To make it worse a young female employee on her break left a mess at the table she was eating at. Wow, food was what it always is, it’s Popeyes. But service and cleanliness way below any standard. French fries looked like someone decided to drown them in oil and let them sit, making them soggy and disgusting.
