Horrible experience. I literally just left and paid $40+ and they still got my order wrong. I order large fries and the fries container was literally half empty. I thought it might have spilled into the bag and nothing. Then I order 2 famous stars plain. I literally asked for plain burgers with meat and cheese and and both burgers came with everything on them except for cheese. It’s not difficult. I attempted to call the store to express the failure in my order and no one answered. This location shames the name of a burger chain that once was a treat. I will not go back. It’s not the first time this happens. Attention to detail is not difficult.

I am deaf. Cashier wrote a note, “ you pickup at the restaurant because he spoke to me again. I told him. I was driving for thru drive. Deaf and hearing are equally. ADA law. I entered the restaurant and waited longer time. I’m not happy!
