Went for the Popeyes chicken sandwich (as was everyone else in there) they had plenty already made so line moved fast and o got my order withen seconds of ordering. Sandwich was good, it’s a bigger piece of meat which makes it a tad dryer and harder to eat than I like, and could use a tad more seasoning. But the pickle was good and I loved tje fries. Hadn’t been to a Popeyes in years before this.

You don’t need to hear it from me because you already know, Popeye’s chicken sandwich is awesome. It’s about as good as fast food gets. This place rocks it, fast, friendly. It is kinda tricky to get out of there and back to DTA. Google maps takes you on a weird route with a u-turn on West Street. Don’t do a u turn on west street.

Nice place, but my chicken tenders were dry as a mofo, and the drive-through forgot my BBQ sauce, so I couldn’t even drown those tenders in sauce to get some moisture in em. Oh, and the fries were lame. No seasoning, fried hard…not impressed with this Popeyes.

Finally tried the chicken sandwich…. It was awesome, but the service at the Popeyes in Annapolis on West Street was very slow… it’s a small store with a tiny driveway to the drive up window…

The staff at this location appear to be all Hispanic, which doesn’t represent all ethnicities that patronize this restaurant. It’s such a shame. However, the service and food were ok. Not the friendliest Popeyes I’ve ever been to, that’s for sure.

I always use drive through because during covid the dining room closed and once all other planes opened back up to the public they did not and the staff were rude when i asked if my nephew could use the bathroom. The food is always good, fresh and delicious but the staff are hit or miss, either extremely kind or absolutely rude. I used the ap once for a free pie and the lady told me because i had paid for my food i had to drive around the drive thru again to get my pie. A Manager finally came over and gave it to me, there was a line of about 7 cars. I was not about to wait again for a free pie but its the tone and delivery of how the people speak that is disheartening.

Food is good if you can get it. They have their lobby locked and they ignore your phone calls but even paying online doesn’t ensure you’re going to get your food. Last time I went they claimed they didn’t even get my pre paid online order even though I showed them the receipt, text showing my name and the email confirmation!

The line was very very long for drive-thru but the meal was ok. Love the chocolate beignets but I didn’t get the “red pepper jelly sauce”. I was given a few sweet heat packets which worked as good. Fries were in this batch and were decently seasoned. I came via a #TMobileTuesdays promotion.
