Though I did not enter this location because it was after lobby hours. I experienced the most exceptional level of “above & beyond” service. Representative – Eddie graciously took the initiative to assist me with my order before even approaching the drive-thru intercom. The representative was in the process of taking out the garbage and offered to take my order in advance. His initiative and willingness to exceed customer standards, demonstrated a loss character trait in customer service. His efforts ensured my meal was prepared before I reached the window, I was in-out drive thru in under 1 min (exceeded restaurant standards). Honestly, this experience was “a breath of fresh air…” Please see to it that this representative receive an accolade deserving of his devotion to exceed customer care standards. The deserving should be uplifted and elevated into positions of leadership. Thank you Eddie, and thank you Popeyes for your excellent service experienced!

I placed and picked up a mobile order today and I’m so disappointed. First of all, my order was incorrect. I got back to my house and instead of having 3 tenders, 3 spicy chicken and 6 ghost pepper wings I had 3 tenders, 5 regular tenders, and 6 ghost pepper wings. The red beans and rice were bland! I’m not sure how they’re made but the usual flavor was non-existent. The mashed potatoes weren’t far off. The tenders tasted like shoe leather. The ghost pepper wings were alright. I fear I may never visit this location again. Hopefully the Crofton location is better.

I went and ordered a 5 piece tender spicy with red beans and rice and the cashier who took my order was Eddy, this was probably the most I nicest exchange I’ve had with fast food. All the employees were sweet and helped with what I needed, they were very quick too wi th the food and the lobby was very clean, I ate inside so it was very pleasant to eat somewhere comfortable and clean. I went to this location today 7:26/2025 ordered a two-piece white meat with fries mild I came home with a two-piece white meat with fries spicy and burned. I travel 10 minutes to take it back only to receive spicy again. And I actually saw the young lady pull it from the mild side so either they had it mixed up or they’re just making everything spicy. I tried to call but the phone number that is listed does not work I will not go back to this Popeyes again

I traveled all the way from New York and was craving something I usually get in my home state. This Popeyes was exceptionally clean! The service was quick, and the food quality was great. Ms. Santamaria was very friendly at the cash register and ensured my order was just right. I recommend this location to everyone living in Maryland.

Very bad service.
Last Saturday I went through the drive-thru feeling very happy to buy my food, just one day before the terrible storm that passed through our area. However, a woman was extremely rude to me. She practically yelled at me when I politely asked for a sauce for my chicken. There should not be this kind of service in such a calm and quiet area like Odenton. Every other time I have visited this location, the staff has always been kind, but that day this woman verbally attacked me by yelling. To be more specific, she was wearing a name badge—I don’t remember her name, but I do remember that she is a manager at this location. I have even been considering reporting her aggressive behavior toward customers to the authorities. If she is unhappy working there, why is she still employed? I hope management takes action very soon regarding this type of behavior at this restaurant.

I came for a 12 piece family bundle in the morning. and like always, it was fresh hot and crispy. The young man was very kind and the manager. Everyone there had a smile. I recommend this spot to everyone looking for delicious chicken!.
