I just want to give top noches/big stars to this Coventry Burger King. After a very long car trip my fiance and I first decided to stop at the McDonald’s up the road but after being so rudely disrespected and they locked the lobby doors on all patrons (after they kicked all patrons out), we then decided to come to this Coventry Burger King instead. We were warmly greeted, treated with respect, properly & prompt served and yes their very clean dinning room (and restrooms) were all open to the public. Round of applause to the staff and the management here. This Coventry Burger King will be getting our business from now on.

I go in there every so often order my burger whether it’s a whopper or whatever always ask for heavy, heavy onions and this is what I get every single time aside from some of them, putting it in a cup for me, which is very nice. This is what I get usually not sure why the onions are like gold and they don’t want to put them on for you.
But when someone asks for a certain way, I thought that’s what you were supposed to do ‍♀️.

Burnt, inedible onion rings on the regular. Double cheeseburgers are on point, but the onion rings are not fit for human consumption. They really need to make a new batch from time to time. Paying for food that you can’t eat is a bummer.

I was craving an Impossible for some reason today. Of everything we ordered, that was the most disappointing item. I would think it would have been fresher since it was typical lunchtime, and the drive thru was busy. This is one of many reasons we don’t order more often.

Went to this restaurant and ordered a burger with no cheese as im highly allergic…said it to the person taking my order and was on the receipt…when I was handed the food there was cheese which I handed the food to an employee told them the problem and they told the manager it shouldn’t have cheese..his response was “You didnt want cheese”? I said no itd kill me..his response was its not that serious…the other hapless Mgr stood by and watched as the manger never changed his gloves, washed his hands nor clean his work station all which is what u should do with an allergy situation and is in their training…both managers were ok with handling the situation as they did and as the hapless manager stated “what do u want me to do yell at him”?? No I wanted u to do what you are trained to do but oh wait you aren’t and you could have killed someone….but dont worry they refunded my food that I couldnt eat bc of the allergy. Poor training and poor management definitely a law suit is clear and easily won here

Burger King here me out here .it doesn’t matter what time of day it is .it could be when you just opened or a few minutes before you close .how about you keep the quality of the food up to par .
I ordered a rodeo burger,no onion rings .so it was a barbeque burger and u guys don’t sell barbecue burgers .if I wanted a barbecue burger I would have made it myself .I have just got off of work and was expecting great food. It’s a disgrace .add the onion rings or don’t place the rodeo burger on the damn menu if u don’t want to put down onion rings in the fryer. I love rodeo burgers and this was the worst .I mean I paid 2.36 for a burger ,bun and sauce .the worst part is I bought 4 of them all the same .2 for me ,two for my wife .
For the leaders – I think you need to pay attention to the ones that are on the line making the food for the customers instead of cracking jokes or sitting down in the office.clearly there is some learning curves that need to be addressed.

Food and service were good but this place is always so disgusting in the bathroom (men’s idk about women’s). No matter when I come in or who’s working the bathroom floor is covered in soda or urine and there’s ALWAYS a number of flies in there. Front door area smells like a locker room sometimes as well. Just prop the doors spray something and mop the bathroom 5 minutes can solve all of this

Don’t buy anything here.

Was charged 2.89 for a paper cup of water, told via the manager that they have to charge for that water, which us a scam IMO.
Food was mediocre – burger patties were a sickly Grey color as if they had been boiled instead of broiled. Dining area was clean.

There’s a McDonalds across the street, and a KFC 60 seconds down the road that treat their customers well and serve better fast food. Go there.

I ordered $25 worth of food and you forgot a sandwich, when I tried calling the number it just rang and rang and rand with no way to leave a message or contact the store itself, and I can’t drive a round trip of 40 mins again just to have my order fixed
