This location has severe problems with the team members.
To begin with, I ordered online tonight at around 545 pm. At 645 pm I had not received a notification that my $50 order was ready. So, I got in my car and went to the store. When I stepped in the door, I noticed there were 4 customers in the lobby. 1 more walked in after me. There were 3 employees in the kitchen area. 2 males and one female (that I can see). The female seemed to be the one in charge of the other two. I did not announce my presence as there was no one at the front counter. Then, it began. An argument ensued over MY order. I know this because the male who was slicing the pizzas noticed a whole pizza for “me” was missing. The other male pursued to YELL across the kitchen from his position at the assembly table to the slicing table about how the slicing table was at fault for not telling him how many pizzas were to be made. (The assembly table has a computer above to show how many pizzas are in each order.) Meanwhile, the female is trying to divert the situation between the two (boys), unsuccessfully. Then I noticed it. The male at the assembly table was not wearing a hair net. He was making my lost pizza. His hair was down past his shoulders and not even tucked under his hat. Meanwhile, arguments continue between the two males and the female is trying to diffuse the situation to no avail. The arguments are so loud, that the customers in the lobby are rolling their eyes and exhaling deeply. One customer left. One argument was over a customer leaving without being cashed out earlier but taking the order with them. I was finally able to leave the store at around 711 pm. Almost an hour and a half AFTER ordering. I post this photo to show the timeline of the order. The video is self-explanatory. I don’t think I would recommend this store for any reason. The White City, OR store has a problem. 11/15/24.

I keep giving this location a try because it’s the only one between work and home, close to home. But their service is so slow I just might do better going back into town. Even ordering 40 minutes in advance, my order is still not ready. If the service was better, it might help. But the guys that work here just don’t care and it shows.

Just picked up a pizza here. Nice man served me. Told me how long my wait would be – about 6 mins. Then another guy came over to the register ( the manager I think). He was also friendly and nice. Another gentleman handed me the pizza which turned out to be lovely. Good value, good service, nice quick and easy pizza in a pleasant atmosphere.

Of course zero stars isn’t an option so I guess a good ol fashioned 1 star roast will have to do. This little Caesar’s is by far the worst in America. You walk in and it just feels dirty, then the dude making pizzas looks at you, says absolutely nothing, then goes right back to making pizzas. The other guy on the other side of the oven folding boxes doesn’t even bother to look at you, so by now you’re just standing there wondering what is going on and where is the pizza you ordered for pickup 45 min ago. Finally after 10 minutes of standing there the oven dude shouts out a name and one of the many other patrons breathes a sign of relief knowing the pain is finally over while your Little Caesars brain damage is just beginning. Do yourself a favor, go get a take and bake somewhere else… your dignity will thank you.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star what an absolute joke when you go in to buy four pizzas at 16 to $20 a pizza and you try to pay with $100 bill and then tell you that they don’t take large bills?? Ridiculous! So instead of going next door and getting change, I changed my order and got just a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. That one pepperoni pizza The one that’s supposed to be hot and ready to 30 minutes to make and not one person came in the whole time I sat there and waited for my pizza so it wasn’t because they were busy. The service in there look like they are all lost not knowing what they were doing it was actually really sad. I love Little Caesars Pizza but White City is giving them a bad name.
