This is how much fries I got with my sandwich combo. The combo is $9.29 where a single sandwich is around $4. We paid almost $5 for this much fries! When I went to the counter, the associates said they suppose to give us 18 fries with that combo! I have never heard of any restaurant count their fries pieces. I go to Popeyes almost every week close to my house in Alexandria, VA. I have never heard of 18 fries comes with a combo! The associates are very unfriendly. We wanted to get a chicken combo. Seeing associates behaviors, we didn’t want to spend a single penny at that restaurant. The worst Popeyes I have ever been to.

I have lived here for more than 17 years and go to this franchise store. They always make a mistake with my order but I have either ignored it or asked politely to change it. Today my entire order was wrong. I ordered all spicy chicken and got mild chicken. The cashier gaslighting me. The Manager had no idea what to do. I showed the chicken pieces had zero seasoning and said I did not get my entire order. The manager just gave the correct order and assumed no responsibility for the management of her cashiers. It sucks to not have gotten my order the first time and have to drive back to the store to get this corrected.

Frederick Popeyes is very racist. They only have Hispanics working there. This is my second time coming here because a friend lives in the area, everytime I come they are slow taking my order. I ordered nuggets and ai received crumbs. They look at you while you are standing in line and they laugh and play. I heard one say “gorda” while looking at me.
