They consistently forget items when you order online or to go. I shouldn’t have to double check everytime, now I’m just going to stop coming. First it was a order or chicken wings with a family bundle, and another time it was a chicken sandwhich meal along with a family bundle . How does a company have a promo and new item for 2 weeks. Yet no one knows about the chicken wrap promo, which I was able to get no issues at another popeyes.
Chicken wrap, was a literal big piece of crunchy skin. Had to get to end of wrap for the small portion of actual chicken and not skin.

Went here didn’t even have to use my coupons they had some type of in house special that came in very handy and was enough to eat didn’t have to piece nothing together even though I didn’t need to eat that.. that late im glad they were open late because I sure thought I was hungry… but overall good experience

I really enjoyed my meal that I ordered. I ordered a shrimp basket meal and received a free 3 piece chicken tenders through the app. My food was hot and was available when I picked it up. My fruit punch was watered down so that wasn’t the best. They could realllyyyyy use some friendly faces, customer service skills, and a whole lot of enthusiasm. Everytime I visit, I get the impression that they don’t want to be there. Ask for condiments and the response is always “meh”
