I ordered a 5 piece tender platter spicy. The young lady quickly brings the food over and I checked it because they had another customer come in from the drive thru because they had gotten her order wrong. When I checked my box there were 2 decent sized tenders, the remainder was 3 obviously old broken off pieces of a tender. I asked to speak with the manager who very nonchalantly walked over. She then looked at the chicken and states spicy tenders are only made to order, so I had the option to wait or go with mild. Because I was in a rush, I opted for the mild. With no sense of urgency and a devious grin, the same young lady proceedsW to make another batch. This time I ask her to leave the box open. This time one piece of chicken is obviously old and small. I literally take it out of the box and break it apart asking her if she would put this in her mouth or serve it to her loved ones. She again with no sense of urgency takes the box and added more chicken without taking the old burned one out. This Popeyes has gone down hill and it’s unfortunate. I could understand if they were busy, but there was 1 car in line and no one in the front lobby. Still took me 15 minutes to walk out with my food, that wasn’t even freshly made.

My credit card was stolen by an employee here at the window. After reporting to corporate no one had the decency to investigate or give me a call. Will never return. As pictures display also dirty inside.

I went to this store last night on my way home. I ordered two three piece combos with white meat only with mac and cheese for one and fries for the second. The first order was dark meat with a wing that had something black under the leg part of the wing so I didn’t eat it. I only ate the mac and cheese. The second order had a breast, thigh and leg and my child only ate a piece of the breast andsomeofthefries. We do not like dark meat at all and should have been told that’s all the store had left, if that was the case. I paid almost $25 dollars and could not eat the food. My money should be refunded and customers treated better.

Probably the worst restaurant you could ever go to. Whether it’s inside outside or anything pertaining to this location is the absolute worse. I’ve called corporate 3 times and unfortunately even that does nothing. It’s sad I don’t spend my own money here I am a Uber eats driver and they act like deliver orders aren’t apart of making money for the business they work for. They’ve made it their business to make up every excuse in the book as far as why they don’t have the order you came for and it’s ridiculous. I’m wasting time money and gas just to lose money in the end! And management has to be okay with this ! You have 3 worked outside sitting on a car smoking cigarettes telling customers all they have is chicken sandwiches! Like go cook whatever else is needed! Just pitiful! Shame! I would never in a million years hire anyone that works for this location, alone.

I am disappointed that this is my local popeyes. The drive thru takes a long time, there’s a wait even if you come first thing in the morning. I went inside this time, and the lady that served me was horrible. I could tell she had an attitude when i approached. I ordered with a coupon (they normally just ask me for the code, but she wanted the coupon ripped out before listening to my order…ok). I gave it to her, and she stared at it, then says its expired (it was a few days, NEVER been a problem before). Says she cant accept it, so I ask what meal they had that was comprable to the “two can dine” I wanted…she said “none”. She had no suggestions for me, infact seemed happy to get rid of me (she yelled NEXT customer, and told me to go to the next register… The manager overheard us, but steered clear of getting involved. I Planned to spend $15, instead I left hungry, because im tired of paying for bad service.
