We made online order from this location. There were always issues. We didn’t bother to go back most of time. But this time the tender for our kids are completely missing. We found out the the order receipt is different from what we ordered. We end up going to store. We were told that they can only give out order based on the receipt instead of what we order. Very bad manner

I would give this place 0 if I could. Poor service employees barely speak or understand English. The food is always cold and over cooked including the biscuits which are hard as a rock. It seems they cook all the chicken early and set it out for hours. Take your business elsewhere at least it will be warm.

Upon entering it is very clean and quiet. The bathrooms and tables are clean. Now behind the counter is a complete mess. On top of that the employees look and act like their high. I ordered chicken tenders and he rung up 3pc chicken thighs. When I brought it up, the cashier said it’s the same price. As long as I got my tenders. When I got my food, it was 3pc chicken. I asked for my tenders and he said I need to pay more for the tenders. When I spoke again to the cashier, he apologized for the mistake and gave me another bag with 3pc. I ended up just eating the 3pc. Complete waste of time.

Once again. For the third time. There are always issues with this location. Zero accountability at the store level or at the 1-800 customer service number. Just the customer service and the attitudes of management. 86 % of the time it’s negative.

I don’t know whether there’s a loss of translation between having Uber eats and their delivery drivers, but each time I’ve ordered Popeyes thru Uber eats, I’m never disappointed. My food is consistently cold, my instructions aren’t followed, and have a loss of at least 50.00 for my order I couldn’t eat. This is very easy, pick food up, and deliver in accordance to any instructions. I even stated that no tips well be given if instructions aren’t followed. I have one major pet peeve -do not leave my food on the ground. No matter how close I track it somehow my food gets left on the ground and no one bothers to ring or knock on the door. It’s bad enough having to spend 40.00 plus on an 8 piece with one side, but getting it cold and now with the local bugs from being left isn’t my idea of a nice dinner. I guess they don’t care about tips either anymore. If the service is good I’ll not only to on the app, but give additional cash when delivery is carried out correctly. So what’s the answer? In my case I’ll just stop ordering from there completely. Popeyes is the only one I really have issues with.

Went through the drive thru so unfamiliar with the inside. The sandwich was tasty but I was surprised that they charge for condiments. If they need to recoup from COVID period then be honest and say that in the form of a donation box. They may get more money this way rather than charge .25 cents for condiments.

The line wasnt long but it took forever for an employee to take my order because on how busy the drive thru was. A lady next to me waiting for her meal confronted the manager saying why wasn’t he helping me with my order and was too focused with the drive thru. Food was good. Needs more employees to work the front registers. Shout out to the lady tho.

The Managers are very rude to their employees, they yell at them be faster while customers are still present in the store. I don’t want my food to be thrown into a box and simply move on. The staff is very toxic and this has made my kids and wife very uncomfortable.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. I have visited location a number of times but today will be the last. Not only did I receive the worst service, but they wanted to change extra for ketchup and sauce. I ordered my food and they didn’t even ask if I wanted sauce. When I asked for ketchup and bqq sauce they gave me 1 bqq and 3 ketchup packets and only 2 napkins. I go that’s odd but I’ll just ask for more when I go through them. When I go to the contour they and asked for another bbq and some more ketchup they where that will be extra. I have been to other locations and they always give you at least 2 sauces and as much ketchup as you want. This location have never done this before.

I’m disgusted. The chicken was stringy and broke apart into “noodles” when I took a bite. Either it was undercooked or was because of GMOs. Absolutely disgusting. Service wasn’t bad, just the food.
