This is our go to popeyes. Tender and wings are good. Today, we ordered chicken sandwiches and did not disappoint! Bread and chicken were both good. Wanted to write a review bc we appreciate gentleman who works there (wearing black). I feel like things are more organized when he is there and he is very friendly and nice! I came to this place for food for me and my family on February 22 around 1 PM. I went through the drive-through and the drive-through cashier was very disrespectful. She looked Middle Eastern not spend. She was definitely Middle Eastern and spoke perfect English of course with an accent, but she gave me the most horrible attitude, and she even got my order wrong and I went inside. I do recommend the management team to speak with her concerning her attitude towards me and Possibly others when I went into the store to get my auto corrected I had told the employees of the attitude and to bring it up to management. I don’t know if they’re gonna do it or not, but they said that yeah she’s very harsh in her attitude as well towards them. I will not be coming back here for any food. Even though all the other employees were awesome and the food was made correctly because of this one employee I will not be coming back here as long as she works here.

Used to come here alot until they started being stingy and rude. Often forgets sauces on mobile orders making me drive back for sauces I paid for. Usually don’t hold grudges or write reviews but drive through employee was very rude was calling us names.

Worst Popeyes I’ve been to in a long time. Even worse “management” no wonder they’re looking for a new GM. Said “manager” is a rude obnoxious man who has no business being in the food/servicing industry all they serve is left over chicken that’s stringy and dry. You can’t even ask for fresh chicken because they refuse to make anything fresh here. No one should over pay $4.00+ per chicken for left over food. Disgusting.

I went to this location and requested a meal showing in the receipt 1 breast, 1 breast, 1 thigh but the manager told me that he will give me 1 breast and 2 thighs instead of 2 breasts and 1 thigh. I showed him the receipt but he insisted on not giving me what I paid for and talked in a bad way. I had him refund my credit card what I paid and left. Will never buy from any Popeyes again. I have both receipts and Popeyes response is just as usual to all negative reviews.

Worst service ever, a yung asian guy (I think manager), he treat me rude and like he need to kick out us from the place, besides he server order without asking and try to charge 25cents for a sauce, not even one as courtesy, beside I got home and the order was incomplete, he was in such a hurry that forgot to give me my drink, is not the 1st time that I come and I remember last time was an indian manager rude as well, I think is the training or just people that is hired here to be like this. I got the popcorn shrimp tonight. Over the years I’ve noticed the portion seems to be getting smaller and smaller but I love the popcorn shrimp so much that I was willing to take a chance since I haven’t had the shrimp in months(I used to get this like once a week until the portions got too small). This time however not only was the portion size disappointing but the shrimp were so dried out that it was impossible to even tell that there were shrimp inside the breading. I let my girlfriend try to make sure it’s not just me somehow and she completely agrees. This is extremely disappointing for nearly EIGHTEEN dollars, $18….. in fact I’m so disappointed that this prompted me to write a google review which is something I’ve never done before. If you go to this Popeyes then avoid the popcorn shrimp. I know it looks okay but I promise it’s not. Everything besides the shrimp is good though.

Ever since the older Indian men started working at the drive-thru–I’m assuming they’re the managers–I’ve had several instances where my online pickup orders were either incorrect, missing the right sauce, or had no sauce at all, even though I specifically requested it. I’ll probably stop going to this popeyes now. They’re getting cheap with their food while they’re increasing the prices.
