There employees are lazy. They have no hospitality skills. They only tell you what they can’t do. Didn’t give me my drink cups, I had to ask for them. The management team needs to reboot the way that they do business at this location. How can it be considered fast food when you are waiting 20 minutes to get your order. I would have been better off going to a sit down location.

Thought I’d try new location. Staff is very friendly. Food is still yummy. But eat in environment is not very inviting. Area is small and limited seating in chairs. Favored stools at high top counter. Very communal seating.

Tonight I went to get food. Haven’t in a while and its the night before my birthday so figured Id treat myself. The guy who took my order made my night. He was hilarious and I love seeing people have fun at their jobs. The rest of the team also had good energy and the food was great. Yall are the best!

Went to the drive thru ordered a 12 piece was told to pull off to the side and they would bring it out in 10 mins cause chicken was almost done . Half hour later still no food went to go say something doors were locked I seen a girl in the drive thru window and asked where my food is . Was told the one employee threw my slip out and they would make it right away .when they brought my food out they added 1extra mash and gravy cause of it I said fine I just wanted to go home . Got home my 12 piece was a 12 pice just 6 were regular chicken and the other 6 were mini I guess the breaded buffalo wings . I paid $40 for half of what I ordered and will never be back to a popyes again they are terrible at customer service and ripped me off

Every time I order here I end up upset. They never give me what I order, they don’t include the sauce Range ans BBQ that is supposed to come with my order, and the chicken after 8 PM is always dry, hard, and burnt from being reheated. The service is very bad. I live close to this location, but from now on I prefer to go to the one in Reading instead of ordering here. Very disappointing.

I’ve ordered on the app many times for pickup here. The food is always fresh, hot, and tastes great. All my orders have always been correct, and the staff are always polite. Overall, everything here is top notch (unlike the way things are run at that dive on the 5th St Highway).
