I just went through for lunch and this was my fry I got. Where are the rest of them. This McDonald’s is why people are not eating at your restaurant as much. We as customers pay the higher price and still get screwed over. REALLY! The employees have no personality and rather be set on fire as opposed to be working.

The service is always slow for dine-in during morning and lunch, which doesn’t give me high hopes for dinner. I’ve had wrong orders given to me. Waited 20-30 minutes for a sausage biscuit. I’ve waited the same amount of time in the lobby for a simple coffee. There are never receipts, so I can fill out the surveys. Go to a different McDonald’s. They even charged me for someone else’s order through the drive-through. It wouldn’t be so bad if it were a mistake here or there but it is EVERY TIME and not just me.

I think I got 24 fries on my medium order of fries. That’s not even really the issue. I have receipts from delivery services. My last 6 orders from this location have been wrong, or just absolute garbage food. The place is right next to my house and I get the worst quality food you could imagine. Maybe this is the lord’s sign for me to stop eating McDonald’s. Specifically though, this location is the worst of the worst. I would love to post a Pic of my order. But McDonalds doesn’t allow pics on here

This location on W. Battlefield is well managed and run. I inadvertently left a bad review thinking my Google map opened up the north Kansas location, which is the location the review was intended for.
I wanted to correct my review for this location because anytime I have visited it was always good service and fresh food.
I appreciate management reaching out to make things right when a negative review was posted. I just hope management at the other location shows the customers the same kind of courtesy when my review is added for them. I will be reaching out to corporate.

Literally, 4 visits in a row and for the wrong order. One of the visits they got the order wrong 4 times . Not so convenient when you only get 30 minutes for lunch.

App let us place order. We go to drive thru and recording greeted us. Person said one moment then asked for order. Then never came back. Waited fifteen minutes. Both drive through lines full and people leaving since no one was answering. Despite being open doors were locked and no one ever came to drive thru or window. Saw workers inside ignoring us. Multiple people explained they had been waiting and decided to leave as well. Tried calling as well no answer just rang nonstop for four minutes.
Cancelled order in app and tbh think I’m gonna be done with McDonalds – last couple visits been waiting 30+ minutes for food and they can’t seem to hire or pay enough to get employees.
Edit: followed the link McDonald’s posts for feedback – you fill out a lengthy form and once you submit it goes to and “Page not found” and doesn’t submit.

Best customer service i’ve ever received from a fast food place! Was doing a doordash order and about every 2 minutes they were updating me on the order and asking if i needed anything while i wait! So happy to see that this McDonalds is on top of there A game with everything! DEFINITELY 5/5 star rating! Great job guys!

Super rude people. At first they said they won’t honor my code telling me it’s not what comes with it. And then I said it does. They added it all and sure enough it completed the code. They got my order wrong. Wouldn’t fix it unless I would come inside to get mine you I’m disabled and had my friend go into get it and they told him I need to go inside so I call them and tell them I sent him due to my disability. I’ll be calling corporate on you all for not giving me the right food but less than and not wanting to fix it. Such great character to hang up on people and deny to fix food that is showed wrong. This was at this location at around 3pm. My friend is not happy on this.

Absolutely worst service in town. Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Pick one of the any other McDonald’s in town rather than this one. Waited more than 20 minutes for 2 simple breakfast sandwiches without any customization. When I spoke with the manager she threw her hands up as she walked away rather than resolving the issue. When food did finally arrive, it was overly greasy and the English muffin was old and stale. Terrible experience overall.
