NEW review. Well review went from 4 to 2. Ordered apple pie with meal today and its empty. What am I supposed to do with this? See pic. ORIGINAL review. Ordered the in store promo for catfish combo 3 pieces of fish, side, biscuit and drink. Pieces of fish is exactly what you get lol. I’m gonna need a little more but it was tasty. It was supposed to be spicy but I didn’t taste anything spicy …good flavor not spicy.

It’s very rare that I have a pleasant experience at Popeyes, but I was surprised by this one. Staff worked quickly & efficiently. My food was hot & good. Would recommend if you’re in the mood for some Popeyes in the city.

Absolutely behind a shadow of doubt trifling!! They serve old chicken knew it was old and still served it. Came to get spicy chicken combo the manager said it’s only mild and it’s coming up “fresh” it wasn’t!! Mushy & old!! Tried to call them numerous times no answer but I’ll be back first thing in the morning!! If you’re hungry DO NOT waste your time!! Extremely disgusting and disappointing

First in for most, I do not do social media at all !!! But I had to comment on my experience at this Popeyes location. This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to in my life !! I’ve been there two times and each time it was a disaster. The first time I went they wanted to charge me $7.49 for a two piece dark, just the chicken…..no biscuit,no side, no drink, just the 2 peices of chicken. The second time I went, I decided to do a mobile order.instead. Unfortunately I had to wait at work for my relief to arrive. I placed the order and paid for it at 4:33 pm. However I wasn’t able to pick up my food until 9:47 pm. When I finally arrived I was told that my order was not able to be located. After showing the manager the order and receipt, he had the audacity to tell me that I place that order for hours ago and there was nothing he can do. I showed him that the order was paid for so the right thing to do is to either refund me my money that was taking off my account or make my food . So he told me that it wasn’t fair that he had to do that because I ordered it for hours ago . I am formed him that I was aware of when I ordered the food but maybe if they put their phone on the hook or answer it when it rings then I could’ve explained to him I would be extremely late picking up that order. Well after going back-and-forth with him and him realizing I wasn’t leaving empty-handed he made my order which was horrible that I ended up throwing it in the trash. I will never ever go back to that Popeyes ever ….. so FYI…stay away from Levick St., Popeyes. They suck and will have an entire conversation about you in their language while you’re standing there.

Hands down the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The sandwich bread was stale and hard, the fries were moist and tasteless, and the chicken was overcooked. Overall never coming back here and I genuinely feel like I wasted my money. I should’ve seen the reviews beforehand.

So I order a family feast off Uber eats a few Sundays ago.. it was supposed to include 8 pieces of chicken 3 chicken sandwiches a large side biscuits and 3 apple pies. I get 6 biscuits and the chicken pieces… That’s it. Call the manager he says my sandwiches are there they don’t have apple pies or my side he says that will never happen again. I give them another try… I mean everyone is entitled to a bad day. Well this time I get biscuits with hair in it my side and missing an apple pie as well. I’m done
