Worst Service Ever at Popeyes – Truck Driver Experience
As a truck driver on a tight schedule, I called this Popeyes location ahead of time to ask if I could quickly park my truck and pick up my food. They assured me that I could, and that there would be a safe spot to park for about 10 minutes.
When I arrived, I found out I couldn’t even enter the parking lot with my truck. I had to make a U-turn inside the lot, which was already frustrating. Still, I let it go and went inside to place my order.
I asked for 12 chicken wings only. The employee said yes, they had them. I also ordered coleslaw, beans, and rice. To my surprise, the total came out to $49. I told her that was way too expensive, and she coldly responded, “That’s the price, and if you don’t like it, you can cancel.” I didn’t have time to argue, so I agreed to pay since I had to get back to pick up my load.
But then came the shock — she told me they can’t sell me only wings. I had to include other types of chicken parts in the order. I was stunned. I told her I asked specifically about wings, and she had confirmed it. I explained that I only eat wings with bones, nothing else, but she just said, “That’s how it is.”
So I ended up paying nearly $50 for just 6 pieces of chicken, none of which were what I actually wanted. This is dishonest, misleading, and borderline theft. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would’ve handled it differently.
This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and I will never return to this location again.

I’m a huge fan of 5 nights at Freddy’s, and was excited to try the Freddy Faz box. I may be 16, but I know what good service is. This one had no good service. For starters, they forgot my cupcake. The box they gave me had regular tenders, not the garlic ones that were promoted. The worker was nice, but he took a while with placing the order and ALSO took almost 10 minutes chatting with another man. ALSO, there was a worker just sitting on a table on his phone. AGAIN, I understand I’m a minor and my opinion may not be that important, but it was extremely disappointing to not get what I ordered.

Just awful management. Nothing fast about this place. Always have to wait 10 min For my order when ordering at drive thru. Decided to try and order online and showed up 10 minutes later and still had to wait 10 minutes. How is this possible??? It’s good food but I’m done going there because it’s ridiculous. I’ve talked to several other people and everyone feels the same. If I didn’t already pay unsold leave. Was happy to get this place close to my house but giving up on them. Plenty of other choices.

I really like Popeyes and order delivery quite often. I usually don’t mind small issues, but this week I ordered twice and both times my side was missing.
Once is understandable, but twice in a row is frustrating. Please pay more attention to order accuracy, especially for delivery orders.

I really just stop in to get a biscuit, that’s all I really wanted, but I ended up getting a 4 piece combo. I was on my lunch break, so I had to hurry up and get back to work. Get back to work open bag and guess what was missing? The biscuit. Yes I probably should’ve checked my bag before I left, but the staff were so polite and professional I didn’t think I needed too! Very disappointed!

Ordered a 9 pcs chicken meal and requested to have 4 thighs, 2 wings, 2 legs, and a breast. Opened the box when I got home and found 5 breasts, 2 legs, a thigh, and a wing. Also, coleslaw was replaced with a mashed potato. Never coming back to this Popeyes again.

I ordered the new 6 piece boneless wings and look at this chicken scratch they gave me??? First, there are only 5 in there, but in each container there is only 1 that is appropriately sized.
I don’t know what this place is doing but I hope they close immediately. Cheapskates.

Horrible place, thè girl manager gave me so much attitude when picking up a DoorDash order. Unacceptable this behavior shall not be tolerated and people like this shouldnt be working management! Change your tone of voice when speaking to me or anyone! Made me wait in parking lot for 15 minutes for no reason there was no cars behind me so she didn’t have to be like that. She better be fired I will go to HR for the way she spoke to me I got my baby in the car don’t raise your voice

I ordered the $6 big box with the 2 pieces of chicken. With my sides being beans and rice and coleslaw. The chicken was room temperature and the rice had no beans and smelled sour and the coleslaw was awful. This was horrible and it wasn’t even busy. Now I see why smh
