Food:- Fresh, hot, and seasoned just right, exactly what you’d expect from Popeyes. The taste has remained consistently good every time I’ve visited.
Service:- The staff is friendly, attentive, and keep the line moving. Great energy at the counter!
Location & Layout:
• Indoor seating (including booths)
• Spacious and clean
• Drive-through is a major plus
• Plenty of parking — no need to circle the lot
Only downside:- Prices here are slightly higher than other locations for the same meals. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable.
Overall:- A solid spot for your Popeyes fix. Whether you dine in or grab-and-go, it’s a convenient and clean location with great service. Definitely recommend, just be ready to pay a little extra.

A wonderful addition to the West Hempstead location. Restaurant is super clean. Staff is friendly. Ordered through the mobile app and pick up was a breeze. There was a few minutes wait which I was informed of and they even apologized and thanked us for waiting when the food was ready. Chicken was not greasy at all. Great tasting and piping hot. Welcome to the neighborhood!

As other reviewers have mentioned, none of their menu items are ever ready to be served. They wait until after a customer places an order to THEN start frying the chicken and fries. The basis of the concept of a FAST food restaurant is for all of the inventory to be ready and available to be served as soon as an order is placed. The hot plate should ALWAYS be full of every type of chicken on the menu, as well as the fries.
It’s obvious that the manager at this location has no consideration for wasting people’s time.

Great new addition to the neighborhood. The place is super clean and the staff were very friendly. Food came out quickly and was delicious. They are not a stickler when asking for specific chicken pieces as well

This location has one of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I had ordered food and they told me to wait 15min I said OK and the 15min has passed and 10 people got served befor me. i had placed my order at 3:45 way before the other came in and im just now getting served at 4:20 only bc I had to mention to them that they have forgotten my order.

Went with friends, ordered small drink, rec’d & paid for regular. My friend ordered & paid for a small drink rec’d regular size. Went to manager, who barely understood what we were saying, and was told they only have 2 sizes, regular & large. When we asked about the price difference, he asked my friend to pay the difference. I just wanted to pay the price on the board which clearly states 3 sizes & 3 prices. Absolutely no customer service skills or common sense.

Aweful. Pulled up to the drive and they tell me to wait 8 minutes for my food .they only make the food when u order it . Inside they have no cooked food readily available like the other locations. Just Way over priced … I went inside one time and they made me wait 15 minutes with no one else in the store. They don’t understand you half the time. Not going to this location anymore

Not worth the 40 min wait for a 6 big box. Confirmed with them when I got in to pick up my order said that they were still making it and will let me know when it was done as well. Not coming back to this one I’ll take my chances with the Hempstead location

Have tried this location 3 times. The food is consistently cold. Last time the chicken smelled bad. And tasted funny. Ended up with the runs. Definitely would not recommend.
