We had a great experience here. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was great. I did enjoy my food but the fresh pasta was a little sticky and chewy. The dish was good but the pasta could have been better. The table enjoyed their meals. My drink was amazing – First Class.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a few years now and have always had good experiences — consistently good food and solid service. I went back tonight for the first time in about a year and noticed a few menu changes, which I completely understand; menus evolve and it’s good to keep things fresh.
Unfortunately, the dish I ordered this time — the pasta bolognese — really missed the mark. It was bland and essentially lacked any real flavor, which was surprising given my past experiences here.
I’m hoping this was just an off night, because historically this place has been reliable and enjoyable. I’ll likely give it another try, but this visit was a bit disappointing compared to what I’ve come to expect

Amazing food, Exceptional Service. Came for a late lunch, food was great, my girlfiend’s steak was slightly undercooked, we’re not huge complainers so we went with it, we’ve been here plenty of times and it’s always been amazing. the bartender/waiter saw my girlfriend eating very, very slowly and immediately went back to the kitchen to get a new one. She knows who she is. Thank you so much. Have been customers for months and will continue to be! Thank you

First off, I love the atmosphere here. Beautiful open bar and booths that enhance privacy, modern rustic design, love!
Service was ok although they charged us for something that was never brought to the table. However, the waitress was nearby and did check on our table a few times.
Food, eh. I really didn’t care for it. My veal was tough and very bland. Chicken was dried out like it had been precooked and then reheated. I think the salad was the best dish on the table.

We got there the bread was bad. They brought another bread fresher the chicken marsala. It was two pieces of black mushrooms very salty. They serve this. New England clam chowder has so much bacon in it would be taste of clams the salad that came with the dinner. it was dead lettuce dead arugula terrible beautiful place terrible service and the managers walk around with the cell phones like not even coming at the table and see how’s everything terrible sorry , beautiful place

Enjoyed my time at Ecco! The food and drinks were great. I never got the bartenders name and he wasn’t very attentive. The bar stools were also uncomfortable with no backs, but I’ll be back to give it another try at a table.

Had a great dinner for 4 here on a Friday night. Didn’t have reservations but got here early enough that we were seated right away. By the time we left, there was a long line! Based on the service and food, I understand why! Rachel was our server, and she is wonderful! Great recommendations and spot-on service! We had the short rib ravioli, fettuccine bolognese, vodka rigatoni, and a brick oven pizza. All were delicious! Drinks were just as good!

After one visit I’d give the food only three stars. We had the lamb chops and the short rib pasta. Both were just ok. Not bad, but underwhelming. Just felt the flavors were muted. I would like to come back and try the pizzas, but I wouldn’t spend the money to try the other dishes. Too pricey for Italian food that lacked flavor.

Ecco is a beautiful restaurant. The service and food were excellent. We sat at the bar. Despite the fact that it was restaurant week, and it was so busy, Mindy was attentive and friendly. She served our drinks with ease and chatted with us, all the while serving and clearing. We felt well taken care of. We were very impressed with the service and the quality of the food. We both ordered wine, a chianti and a malbec. I had the pasta fagiole, salmon, and cannoli with a shot of espresso that came with a mini biscotti, delicious! My husband had the shrimp bisque, gnocchi, and vanilla gelato. He said everything was also delicious. The value for the quality of food is impressive. The portions were perfect, not too much and not too small. We can’t wait to return!
