My girlfriend and I decided to try Cava for the first time after a gym workout and it did not disappoint! Luis was polite and super helpful with us when it came to choosing our meals and answering questions about the toppings! I got the Chicken Harissa (swapped the chicken for steak) and it was great!

My mom and I stopped in on 10/11 for a quick lunch . As we walked in atmosphere was very dry, as we got up to the counter to order and the 3 girls tending the serving were also very dry, short and rude. Not one smile was cracked or any tone of friendliness given. When asked about the bowls/pitas there such awkwardness in the conversation. I asked about 2 different bowls and ended up going with one and she must understood me and made 2. At the time of paying i let the girl know that it was only 1 bowl and 1 pita. She looked to The girl who served us and said with such attitude to me , “did you not say 2 bowls?” I explained no I asked about the 2 different ones and she replied thats not what you said. Then proceeded to tell the cashier to just remove it. After that the entire lunch was awkward as we sat there to eat we heard the girls finally laugh and chuckle. After the exchange we had we could only feel like they were talking about us. We definitely wouldn’t be back to this location but would travel for others to re experience it again.

I’m beyond disappointed with this location on 99th and McDowell. I paid almost 20 dollars for a lamb bowl and what I got was nothing but a bowl full of vegetables with four tiny pieces of lamb. No rice, no real portion, just a bunch of greens thrown together and not even half the bowl filled.
This is ridiculous. How do you charge people 20 dollars for that? It’s like they’re playing with people’s money. I don’t know what kind of operation they’re running, but this is not how you treat customers. The food wasn’t terrible, but the way they serve it is flat-out disrespectful.
Corporate needs to see how this location is making these plates because it’s wrong. People work too hard for their money to be handed something that looks like this. Do better.

I had a great experience at Cava. The manager, Sharon, provided outstanding service from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She checked in on our table, was incredibly friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. We felt genuinely welcomed and her professionalism and kindness really stood out which made our meal even more enjoyable. I will be back to get another spicy lamb and avocado salad, it was 10/10. I highly recommend this place!

I personally did not enjoy the food, but that could have been due to what I ordered. Maybe I’ll try something different next time. My wife on the other hand, really enjoyed her dish. The service was great and the atmosphere was very similar to that of a Chipotle. It was clean and fast, with lots of traffic inside, so apparently it is really popular. From a flavor standpoint, it just did not meet my expectations for a Mediterranean dish. For two bowls and drinks expect to spend about $35, which is comparable to similar restaurants.

I thoroughly enjoyed my bowl, the Falafel whatever, even though it only came with 2 soggy falafel. Delicious blend of colors and flavors. No doubt.
But when my daughters ordered, and only selected one hummus, they weren’t offered and 2nd or 3rd helping of that hummus (when 3 choices are allowed per bowl). I know, teenagers suck, but still, do right by your fellow humans. Would’ve been five stars but for that.
