I ordered online I even asked the Uber driver to make sure that the wing sauce was with my order but Not only did I not get the extra wing sauce on the side that I paid for and that is on both the store and the Uber driver but my wings were barely covered with any honey barbecue sauce which I ordered I didn’t ask for naked wings or anything like that I asked for a honey barbecue sauce wings and I got barely any barbecue sauce on them. I understand that it’s 10:00 a.m. and I’m sorry I work night shift as a nurse so I eat dinner when I get off of work at 9:00 a.m. and I feel like because it’s early they kind of punish me for it so I wish they would do better.

Hi, well jokes on you! I ordered at 9:29 pm drive-thru and was still wait. 15 minutes. It is 10:30 pm and we still haven’t gotten enough food. So jokes on who? I normally don’t complain, but after today’s experience, I feel it needs to be said—especially since I can see I’m not the only one who had issues.
At 5:55 PM, I accepted a stacked Uber Eats order from this Popeyes location. I don’t usually pick up orders in East Orange, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I arrived, both the drive-thru and parking lot were completely packed. Inside, there were numerous Uber Eats and Grubhub drivers all waiting, clearly overwhelmed by how backed up the restaurant was.
One of the two orders was ready, but the second one wasn’t—even after 30 minutes of waiting. I eventually had to cancel the second order because I didn’t want the first customer’s food to go bad, which put me in a really unfair position as a driver. The whole point of a stacked order is that they’re supposed to be ready around the same time, but that definitely wasn’t the case here.
I’ve never seen a Popeyes this disorganized. The lack of order coordination and management made the experience frustrating for drivers and customers alike. This location seriously needs better management and systems in place to handle peak hours and delivery orders more efficiently.
This situation wastes drivers’ time, hurts customers, and creates unnecessary cancellations. Something needs to change.

I had you wait for about 10 min for fresh chicken, but then the gave me the wrong bag so I had to wait again. They were nice. I only go to this place once in a blue moon and everytime, it never fails something happens with my order. This was more than likely my last time at this particular one.

I order a 16 piece mix chicken instead of telling they didn’t have a 16 piece they gave me 8 piece and charge me 16 pieces before noticing I didn’t have the right amount of chicken. I looked in my bag for my sides and noticed I didn’t have them so I had to go in to receive my sides because they did not give it to me through the drive-thru arriving home. I noticed that I ordered two strawberry cream pies. They gave me two apple pies. I am allergic to apple pies. The mistakes that they have been making can be life-threatening and they need to do better. I would like to be compensated for the mistakes they have made on my order. And I will not be returning back to this Popeyes very unprofessional when taking orders and they complain when you tell them they made a mistake

The absolute worst. I’m just getting back home after driving to EO for some food and the order is all messed up. On top of that I had to wait for the food after ordering from the drive through. I wanted 3pc tenders with fries and a 2pc spicy chicken w/ thy and breast & mash. When I get home I have a thy and leg mash cold. The 3 pc tenders had no fries in the box at all. No straws either. What type of service is this? Prices are too high to be messing up orders and so I had to be driving back to EO from Newark. I know it’s just fast food but chose better employees during the hiring process. Customer service and orders should always be A1. I remember why I stop eating out now just not worth it. Save your money or go to the Popeyes on frelinghuysen or 22 never had a issue with those locations.

Normally when I come here I get the summer bundle or this . I always get the wrap or sandwich with No pickles . Normally I always check if they have pickles cause I’m allergic. Also because half the time they leave it wit pickles well today This is what I found in my sandwich instead of pickles.I honestly don’t even know what to say

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from this Popeyes location. My chicken sandwich was soggy and overloaded with mayonnaise, making it inedible. The fries were cold and hard, as if they had been sitting out for an extended period of time.
This experience did not meet basic quality standards. Based on this visit, I do not feel confident returning to this location. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed.

It took 30 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich and fries, and more. Staff were young high schoolers who were constantly distracted. The manager even said, “one of yall have to leave if you aint working” ive had a negative experience with this popyes and do not recommend going.

Worst experience ever
I purchased ghost pepper wings they change it twice and the wings still taste burn and very dry, I always purchase here but this visit the worst, my card was place in my food bag, I return the food forgot to take my card out, notice the manager my card inside the food bag, he claim it no card, it took him 45 minutes to take my card to me from the back of the store, his remarks he have a lot dealing with so he can’t look for my card now, I guess I’m not a paying customer, OMAR went back to try everything to made me feel satisfied leaving thank you Omar you’re very professional and you dealt with the situation well !!!! Definitely won’t return food awful, oil need to change this new management system sucks bye…… the cashier on the front very professional ……. Order was mess up and that staff give nasty attitude when she didn’t pack me my pie I return her response it’s not ready and she rush me out the drive she have a line bye I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!
