An unassuming place, highly rated, clean & comfortable ambiance, with a short menu (one dozen starters, one dozen entrees, half a dozen each of side dishes and tasting menu dishes; three or so breads, rice and some desserts). We were skeptical to see the relatively short menu having been spoiled by the world class Indian restaurants in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and elsewhere in the United States. Not only we were not disappointed but we were pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality of the food. Their salad was unique because of a special dressing, the papadam was unique and it must have a secret recipe, and the Gosht Rogan Josh ie lamb curry was 10/10). We highly recommend this place.

Very disappointing, I want to start by saying whoever gave this restaurant a Michelin star needs to lose their job as it definitely isn’t worth that. Or I infact encourage them to go and taste real Indian food in any average restaurant in India for that matter. We ordered Dal makhani and palak paneer and it had never before tasted so tasteless, far from authentic. The samosa chat was so dry as the restuarant didn’t know the ratio in which the sauces go into the recipe. The effort was really there but the taste wasn’t, and the service was actually not the worst, the staff did their best to accommodate our request by re doing the samosa chat yet it looked very dry and it ruined the experience for us. Honestly speaking it’s insulting to the culture to see below mediocre Indian food celebrated with a prestige Michelin star.
It was especially disappointing as we were super excited to visit the place and I took pictures of everything until I tasted the chat and the main course, I have no photos of the food after I tasted it, we didn’t care to order the dessert too.

We came here for our 5th anniversary and had a wonderful dinner. We chose the tasting menu because the items on the main menu seemed less innovative although I’m sure they tasted fantastic. Everything was perfectly cooked and incredible, and by the end of the meal we were completely stuffed! The service was impeccable and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better. The cocktails were some of the best I’ve had in a long time – perfectly balanced and moreish. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and we’ll definitely be back!

We had dinner with two friends and the food was not as good as rated in the Michelin Guide. Sorry but for me it was a very disappointing experience. We had the octopus

I won’t recommend this restaurant. Appetisers were decent but main course ( we had Chicken tikka masala ) was really bad. The sauce was thick and chicken pieces were huge.

Loved this restaurant so much!!! Great service & great food. The place was so beautiful & clean as well. We had lots of things & all of it was fantastic, definitely will be going back!! We had the spicy margarita, eggplant appetizer, some little patty between appetizer & main course, butter chicken, mixed kabob, saffron rice & garlic naan! 20/10!!!

If you are looking for Indian food with nice ambience then this is spot for you. Food is very tasteful but if you eat Indian spice level then order spicy level food.

Amazing experience, delicious food and the service could not be better. We had the butter chicken and the Tikka Fish, the Oyster with Apple Chutney and Spider Crab. Can’t complain, Nil took really good care of us. Will definitely be back next time I am in Madrid.

Correct and friendly service. Tasty food. The curry portions were surprisingly large. The Panipuri for dessert was different and delicious. The terrace setting is also magical and serene. Terrace Surcharge: 10%

Without a doubt, the best Indian food I’ve ever had. The main dish and the various appetisers and side dishes were absolutely delicious and packed with flavour. The staff were lovely and very helpful, too.
