Horrible customer service stood there for almost 6 minutes without any acknowledgement. Then she said a rude comment to her coworkers they laughed and told her to stop it Will not be back at this location. Looks like they were fully staffed but still a long wait for drive thur that I had to go in.

First time there. Came with some people who have been there before, vibe was amazing, service was great, food tasted amazing. The manager Emily, was super super sweet, very helpful and welcoming. She did an excellent job with the service and made my first time there very memorable. Will definitely be coming back!

Since this location opened, I’ve visited many times. Overall, this panda express has good food and my order is almost always ready on time. However, the time I visited, I had to wait 30 minutes after my order should have been ready. Not upset, the food was great. (Just should mention.) There have also been a handful of times where they forget an item and I had to return to get the food.
I recommend this Panda Express for convenience and good tasting fast food. It just needs to be noted that they are a bit inconsistent in service and food taste.

Live panda food always fresh and although sometimes portions may be shrinking, i.e. super greens may be down to only bocchoy, even if it’s been in holding for a while they will prep fresh when asked. The only improvement might be to be more conscious as I made it clear I wanted the broccoli and chicken for my protein balance, and my bowl had little chicken and mostly mushrooms… he should have been more attentive to my protein comment… usually I stay at the prep area and instruct as they plate my food…but I was handed off to a barely present staff to check me out…she could care less about service she won’t last long.

I stopped by around 9:15pm tonight. I went through the drive-thru and got the bigger plate with chow mein. Food was great. One of the workers, Jose, was super friendly, helpful, and professional. We even talked for a bit when I was at the window to get my food. Super personable dude. They should be looking for him to move up the ladder, if he is not already in a management position.

Our 2nd visit. 1st time was thru the drive thru. Staff friendly and went fairly quick. 2nd visit we ate inside. Again, the facility is new and modern but not “busy”. Service was quick and staff friendly. Food was as always, delicious.

A co-worker introduced me to PExpress Marysville OH. He ordered and shared Chow Mixture noodles and egg rolls. All of it was very, very good. Nxt time I will add chicken to the chow mixture and 2 egg rolls. I found myself wanting more egg rolls. Still all was 5 Star! It was very tasty! Ty PE Marysville.
