I was excited to finally try the rave of the strawberry biscuits so I ordered 4 which was $5.69 and a $6 box it came with a breast, wing, and Mac n cheese. I ordered from the drive thru and was told to pull to the side to wait for 1 biscuit since I was waiting on decided to try one it was brick hard I went in and asked since I was waiting over 10mins for 1 can I get all 4 fresh, the manager opened the container touched a biscuit and rudely said ” They are Not Hard” put them to the side to re-sell then proceeded speaking in Spanish about me to co-workers. I got my food home NO Glaze on none of the biscuits and the chicken was flavorless which was surprising and seem to feel mushy under the skin it wasn’t cooked all the way the Mac n cheese was watery very mushy undercooked a $14.59 meal in the trash I live too far to go back GARBAGE!!!!! THANKS POPEYES….VERY DISAPPOINTED

Seriously the best fast food/drive through chicken sandwich you will ever find. And the lady at the window was friendly even when I changed my sauce choice up a couple times and forgot to tell them no mayo. It’s nice to not get an attitude for being human. Will definitely go again

I was very disappointed on my last visit here. The staff employees at the drive thru were not organized. My order was thrown together. The Mac n cheese was dried up with very little given. My shrimp order was bottom of the barrel that was also dried up and hard. I was also given a cajun rice that barely fill the bottom of container The was a employee ready to get off, being a change of shift and can hear them hollering in their work station time to leave. I feel like it was a waste of money trying to have a dinner meal.

The men’s restroom had no soap, but hand sanitizer in both dispensers. Not having soap is pretty gross. How is anyone or even employees able to throughly wash theirs hands before leaving the restroom.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times it’s not bad it all depends on the employees when you visit I always ask for extra gravy on the mashed potatoes it’s just like pulling their arms just to get it I would pay the extra just to get it. It always seems like they get an attitude when you ask any forget about asking for extra sauce just saying.

Went thru drive thru, waited almost 30 min to even order, asked for what I wanted, sold out, asked for sauce only had two. The cars in front of me were not moving at all. 2 ordering stations and no one answering. The guy who took my order was nice. I understand people don’t want to work, food service isn’t easy but if you can’t handle a 2 lane drive thru, close it, have people come inside. The first time I went it was great, a slight delay on the speaker but the people were joking around amongst themselves and customers, this time they seemed confused and didn’t want to be there. I saw some go inside and walk right out. Not the best guys. Good luck

Very disappointing. I wound up walking out before making a purchase. It wasn’t even busy yet no one behind the counter could be bothered waiting on me. Parking lot is a mine field. They still haven’t finished paving the parking lot months after their opening and you can easily hit manholes sticking up. Ironically i went to Subway next and the people behind the counter were eager to wait on me. Needless to say I will never return.

After waiting a much longer time in line for takeout with only one customer ahead of me. Ordered two classic chicken sandwiches and fries. The chicken on the sandwich had very little crunchy coating and was slimy. Complaints got me nothing.

We went inside to order $75 worth of food to feed family of 6 so that there would be no mess up (So we thought). The gentleman taking the order didn’t know what he was doing nor did he know the menu ‍♀️ so 30 mins later our order was wrong and the 14 chicken tenders was in one whole clump we waited for someone to address our needs for about 20 mins while they waited on others and ignored our patience then someone finally asked what we needed and told them to get us a manager another 10 mins later she had called the district manager and had her talk to us which she apologized for the gentleman’s (reoccurring) error and offered to redo order. Which 1 hour ago would have been nice but now just wanted our money back for the wasted time of almost 2 hours. They gave it back in small bills and change when I gave a Hundred dollar bill.
