When driving by the restaurant looks closed, but it was open surprisingly. Was happy as I was worried it was closed. Service was good and no complaints. Would go again. Food was hot and delicious. Got the tenders meal with lemonade. Very tasty- love the biscuits.

first off the lobby was closed at 6:30pm. where they do that at ? 2nd the customer service was TRASHHH. we couldn’t do separate orders we were told to go around again. so inconvenient when your lobby is closed. 3rd when we got to the window the gentleman gave us the wrong drinks when we told them at the speaker when they asked & he had a attitude about that also he didn’t want to give us any sauce saying we don’t get sauce when we specifically asked at the speaker. told us we had to pay for sauce. then I asked to speak to the manager and she was giving us an attitude as well. & on top of ALLL that the food quality was VERY POOR. chicken had to be about 30 mins old. very disgusting. worst popeyes ever.

Without fail every single time I have ordered from the New London location they have messed up my order, the final straw was two months ago when I ordered the chicken tender dinner and they gave me the wrong order, I went inside and let them know, staff at the time refused to correct it, the order I received was less expensive then what I paid for, a total rip off. what an absolute joke of an establishment, If I want Popeyes in my local area I’m better off taking my business to the Groton location where at least they get my order correct.

Lobby’s almost never open after 2 orders are never right almost all staff are prejudice they ignore mobile orders u pay for there incredibly rude they get the least business in the whole area an yet no ome seems to care we wait a few months to see if anything changes an it never does but i also blame the area cant make ignorant people work they should shut it down let a chicken company who can afford actual management come in, also im pretty sure all the five starts reviews are faked by the onwers or somthing lol just ridiculous

By far this has to be the worst place , worst customer service and food ever. Starting from the drive thru the speakers are blown so you can’t hear anything , then the girl at the window was rude. Then to make matters worst my food was cold , fries were cold and soggy , my chicken sandwich was cold shame on management for allowing this type of service.
