HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE on several occasions but this tops it all! We ordered a 12 piece FAMILY MEAL. When we opened the box, we saw there were 10 wings and 2 breasts (photo attached.) Charging $42 for wings is ridiculous. Overall quality and service has greatly fallen and we will not be returning customers.

I used to like this Popeyes location a lot, but the quality has fallen precipitously. Today, I ordered a 10-piece meal, and I got 7 wings and 3 breasts, all of which were far from fresh. (See photo.) I’d never seen anything like this before, and it’s the first time I’ve ever drove back to return food. I didn’t get an apology nor any attempt to make things better besides replacing the order.

Ordered 4 piece. I got home only to find it is chicken tenders and also no spicy as I asked. While there I asked her again spicy right? And with a slight tone of attitude she said yes. I left it go. On top of that the food was very cold and the biscuit felt like a day old and warmed u when I got home just 15 mins later. When I was there they were chatting and not attentive to the customers. Sure they are young but that is no excuse. bad experience overall.

Been going here for years. Recently its all been going downhill. Just ordered instore today to take home, the person behind the register had zero energy, didn’t even crack a smile. Took my order in a monotone voice and didn’t give me my fries with my meal.

Today was my first time at this location and the service was superb. The cashier helped me find a discounted family meal online from my phone and my order was ready and at the counter waiting my the register with 2 minutes of my purchase. Cashier was friendly and courteous. I will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

As usual, so many mistakes. Over-spiced and burnt blackened tenders, shreds of chicken in spicy tenders, forgot sauces as usual, 8 fries in a side order, no biscuit at all. Think we will travel to a decent popeyes if we go back. Don’t know why Kentlands Popeyes can’t get their act together.

This place was SUPER clean inside. The staff were friendly. Overall very satisfied!! Will be coming back. I’m also always looking for good fast food fried chicken since I am originally from Texas and this hit the spot. You can find good deals on the app that make dinner dates super cheap! Definitely check there first.

Pick up time was at 9pm. It is now 9:31 and the employee had just began fulfilling my order as I told him my name. I painfully watched the employee moving at the speed of a sloth for 35 minutes, only to find out that he left my order on the counter and never got to it. The two stars are for the chicken.
