I’m so disappointed ! I ordered a steak sub they had no lettuce the cashier said they carry no items that need to be refrigerated… OK so I ordered the sub anyways. Besides the bread tasting charred the meat was real and seasoned good. The pizza rolls and mozzarella sticks were ok. But instead of marina sauce I was given tomato sauce as dipping sauce. Tomato sauce is bitter and marinara sauce has seasonings and is a bit sweet. Had I not been bringing the food up to my sick husband I would have returned it. Overall I won’t order from here again unless it’s pizza and wings or fried dough.

I absolutely love this place. By far the best pontillos in rochester no exaggeration! Their pizza is so good it’s actually unbelievable. The customer service is always wonderful! I go here at least 3 times a week because I love them so much. ( All of the staff knows me by name and my usual order, if that doesn’t tell you they appreciate their customers idk what does ). I highly recommend coming here for all your pizza and chicken wings needs. This review is very overdue , this has been my favorite spot for about 3 years now!

This place totally saved the day for us!!! Another pizza shop dropped the ball delivering pizzas for us for Nurse’s Week and when we called Pontillo’s (very close to closing time!) they were eager and happy to fulfill our order. It was so refreshing to find such great customer service! We will absolutely be using this location for future orders! Special thanks to Keith and Maddie for making it happen so close to closing time without hesitation.

Wings are one of the best in monroe county! The sauce yum and the chicken fried to perfection! Pizza slices are so good thin crust and there huge omg. Family owned business definitely worth supporting!

We had a very poor experience trying to get the staff at RGH an order for Nurses Week from a different pizzeria. We called Pontillo’s, a half hour before closing, and they helped us get two sheet pizzas to the night shift. Keith and Maddie were eager and accommodating, which felt good considering our experience with the other business. Hats off to you guys, you’ve earned our future business.
