Poor customer service the cashier had no knowledge of pricing or how to take an order. Finally place my order and when I got back to my workplace with my order it was not completed not what I asked for. I was charged three extra dollars on each tostada for veggies and pico de gallo . I ordered a total of three. the first one had lettuce in it and one slice of tomato nopico de gallo. The second one had lettuce in it only. No tomatoes no onions and no pico de gallo. And the third one the third one had no letters. No tomatoes. No onions. No pico de gallo but here’s a good one it had no chicken in it. That is correct they gave me a tostada with guacamole and sour cream only. When I called to let them know the cashier said she didn’t speak English and got the cook on the phone even though I was speaking to them in Spanish. They told me that I can come get what I have missing but there will be an extra charge. I explained to them I’m at work I can’t just leave. And I explained to him that I had already paid the $3 additional dollar. Here goes what really made me write this review then I could hear him tell the cashier let her come get it I’m going to spit in their food. I told him that is okay I will not return to your place of business ever. I’m a very unsatisfied customer.

I have given this restaurant various of opportunities, i have been here with my coworkers several times and although our first 2 times visiting this place food was good. It seems now the food is dry and pretty much just taste less, service can go both ways.The last thing I i ordered was a tostada siberia and they literally only gave me less than half a spoon of sour cream, and the tortilla was not crispy at all also the chicken was very very cold and under seasoned, not to mention we were the only ones their i would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The burger is delicious, great combination of Ham, beef, avocado , mustard, Mayo and ketchup. Thought it was pricy at first but worth it. The churros are filled with cajeta and taste so good, even got a little cup of ice cream while there

Headed back home to Georgia and googled Mexican restaurants in Hempstead, TX with my husband and this popped up. We are definite fans of hole in the wall restaurants and this checked that box and oh my goodness, this was one of the best meals we have ever eaten! I had the carne asada plate and my husband had the pork quesadillas, both scrumptious! I wish I knew how to make their beans! The salsa and guacamole were delicious and everything was so fresh. I never write reviews, but this meal was excellent! I wish they were in Georgia!

I actually like the food there….last time was a bad experience….they over charged me on my check, when I brought it to the lady’s attention, she got angry and literally threw the difference on the counter and walked off angrily….To me, it wasnt the extra money, it was the principal of the situation, if you are going to advertise a price, then thats what you should charge the customer….oh, and the charged me for a cup of ice, really? who does that? i ordered a coke, and it was hot…so i asked for a cup of ice, and the charged me for it…..smh…..i will gladly take my money elsewhere….
