Definitely not a good representation of Regios the food that comes from Monterrey; the taste is not bad, but just buy a hamburger and take a look at the width and thicknes of the meat. You can compare it with a piece of paper. It’s so skinny. I got a double, and it still tasted more like everything else except the meat, and that’s not a good representation of the hamburgers over there, and the price was definitely not there either. If you end up going there get you a burger with five meats so every time you bite it, you can taste the meat not only the bread and everything else I won’t be coming back.

Great food! Very poor service. I called 2xs and a male picked up the phone and never said anything. I could hear him and a female laughing and talking . After 3 minutes they hung up the phone. I called back and same thing. Again they hung up the phone. Other times the female that they have assisting customers is not friendly at all. No greeting nor a thank you will she ever say. That just goes to show how much she dislikes her job.

I highly recommend trying the torta! The flavor of the meat is perfect, the amount of meat and veggies they add to the bread is perfect. I’ve tried almost all of the same dish in the area and nobody tops theirs!

the food here is AMAZING!! the service was also fantastic, they were very accomodating and our waitress was very friendly. it was quite warm inside but its 103 outside so i guess i cant complain haha. worth a visit if youre in the area!!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had.
5-11-22 ordered a burrito from Raquel I was real specific how I wanted it. pastor, beans, rice and cheese nothing else. When I got home I ate some of the rice and I went to go bite the burrito it had all kinds of extra stuff. Lettuce tomato etc… we thought it would be simple. my wife went back to get the order redone and Raquel said she wouldn’t do it because she wrote it down and she put with everything on it. I called the store and explained that I was the one that called and that if she remembers I told her 4 times exactly how I wanted the burrito. I told her it wasn’t a big deal that I just wanted my order redone or if she couldn’t do that I needed a refund. She said she would give me a refund. My wife went back to get the refund and then again Raquel told her she wouldn’t give us the refund because the burrito had a bite. My wife explained that’s how we found out the order was wrong when the first bite was taken. She said she would not give us the refund that we would have to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager…wow going back tomorrow morning to speak to the manager to see if this is really how they run this restaurant
