Always a tasty meal that is a good value. Even if you order ahead it will probably take a bit because the employees are very busy multi tasking which is fine. They should implement a shelf for to go orders though just to make it easier on them otherwise all employees here are nice and quick

wow this place is really bad i waited 40 minutes for 2 Caesar wraps while the girl making my order left my food sitting on the counter to continue other meals. they all have super long hair with no hairnets the manger is always screaming at employees I ALSO SAW AN OLDER LADY WALKING AROUND THE KITCHEN HOLDING A RAW CHICKEN WITH NO GLOVES before a cook grabbed it from her and threw it in the grill behind his back. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location

i went on my 30 minute lunch break to get some food super quick, to even speed up the process i had ordered my food 15 minutes prior to arriving on the app to ensure i could be in and out. the app told me my food would be ready at 12:08, so i got there around 12:12 and went in the drive thru to get my food. the lady attending me on the speaker phone heard mobile order and automatically said “it’s not ready, come to the front in a few minutes”. i waited in my car around 10 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were really busy and went to the front of the store. i see the lady with the headphones attending the drive through saying to another worker “there’s so many mobile orders coming through the line, but i don’t care, they better come in here and stop being lazy”. one thing is to be doing it, another is to be ignorant and admitting it in front of customers lol. when i got my food after another 5 minutes inside waiting because no one was attentive except a young lady with an ipad, my food was so cold and soggy and my drink was warm! yes i am annoyed at being inconvenienced, but really thinking ab it what if it was someone that was physically disabled picking up a mobile order and you make them get down just because you don’t want to do your job and go look for an order is really ridiculous. do better and be more socially aware that you work in an open kitchen where customers can easily hear you.

today, January 4, 2026 I ordered a quarter chicken with rice, beans, and plantains for my two-year-old daughter, and it turns out the chicken is completely undercooked. Terrible food. And I have a picture of what the chicken looked like it was cooked.

Pollo Tropical may take a while to make your order. Pre-order food on app, safe times. Time accordingly to eat at Pollo Tropical any location. This location has a very Hispanic atmosphere. Come by and try it out. I have always disliked the ordering process. I make sure to go when it slows. Or now I order ahead. To avoid waiting. If you go when it’s busy, it’s worth the wait. They also have an app. Free of charge. They don’t deliver. It saves time and money using their app.

Absolutely love Pollo Tropical in Flagler! The food tastes just like homemade Latin cooking — so fresh and flavorful. The chicken is amazing! Luis, the assistant manager, is super nice and always makes sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend!

We usually really like Pollo Tropical but they must have encountered a black bean shortage tonight. I ordered the Tropichop and my husband the quarter chicken with rice and beans. The beans on both orders were scarce and dry. Not sure if they’re cutting back to keep prices low but I would rather pay a little more and receive the meal I’m expecting. My husband was disappointed cause he had a hankering for black beans. I promised him black beans for tomorrow.

Haven’t been here for years. I bought some grilled chicken a few days ago and still taste the same: delicious The parking is easy and not too full, and the place is clean. The only thing is that the sauce they provided was half empty. Not enough for the amount of chicken I bought. Before the sauce was self-serve. You can get as much as you want. But all in all, it’s not a bad place to get a good meal for the whole family.

The customer service was terrible. I came to order food at 11:25 PM because they said they were open until midnight, but when I arrived they had almost nothing to eat, not even roast chicken, just some leftovers. On top of that, they were annoyed because, according to them, I arrived late to order. I really don’t recommend this place to anyone.
