National pancake day had this place crazy busy. We just came after 7pm. It was good. The lemon ricotta crepe was a bit sweet. The berry crepe needed some filling… service was fine. Some of the benches were sticky. The parking lot in this location is crazy busy always… so be careful.

I’m sitting here right now at IHOP and the server and service is horrible. The workers walking around rolling they eyes, talking under they breath etc. If u don’t want to work and due ur job stay home find something else 2 do. The server we had didn’t even induce herself r nothing. I can see why there so many Bad reviews. We the customers pays they bills. I really fill that everybody in the Baytown Texas Area and surrounding areas should find another IHOP to go to, and get much better service. This place is full of Flys, they done put a wall up so u can’t see what there doing in the back with your drinks and food. Folks find another IHOP to eat at. This review will go viral. This IHOP has really went down. Just horrible, horrible horrible.

Worst service I have ever had. got there at 11pm, finally left at 12:30am. Took forever to take our order. After getting iur drinks to the table we never saw our server again till she brought our food. The manager noticed our empty glasses and came to get us our refills. Once server dropped our food pretty much never saw her again and she did not bring my pancakes and also forgot about the cheese sticks I ordered. Tried to get her attention. but she never looked our way. They have messed up my order before, several times…but it has never been this bad.

I LOVE this IHOP. I go often. Open 24/7. They always deliver food cooked just right. (friendly help too. Pls be kind w ur waitress… I hav seen 1, in mid of night, handle that whole place alone. & she did well.)

This ihop is the local place for a good breakfast. Sometimes on the weekends the wait is a little long but they are organize and get to you quick. I have dealt eith several waiters and waitress and they are all kind and welcoming. Props to Santana and Kevin for always giving it their best.

Food was at best OK. Service was THE WORST! Our server was Fredasia and she obviously forgot to put in our order. It took over an hour to receive our food and it’s not because the place was packed full of customers. There was hardly anyone there. She was definitely not taking care of her customers. She needs to be FIRED!

Employees were friendly. Server was nice. Food was cold when we got it. Then had to wait on silverware they were out which made our food colder. Good thing it was soft butter on the pancakes.

I’m here visiting with family and got take out from this IHOP. I dont understand why anyone would sell such low quality food. I understand running a business and profit margins but wow that was disgusting. The lowest quality tissue paper thin bacon. Sausage and ham also very cheap and flavorless. Dry pancakes. A $4.00 at best but I paid $14.99 to have it prepared at IHOP. Its not worth it. Not even because I’m on vacation. Best to cook at my mom’s house and cook food I like. Eating out is always a gamble I suppose.

If they can’t perfect your order, obviously theyre too busy and try to accommodate as much as they can so people can sit and eat.A little understanding for waiting.Staffs were nice and friendly.Environment was too busy and that’s how you make and support business.To the Manager, i like her spirit,might be a pressure to some staffs but they’re all doing the teamwork.Love seeing this busy place.I guess this was the busiest ive been.
