Lunch for the 4 of us. No wait, nice table. All of our orders were perfect. Presented nicely and prepared correctly. Never felt rushed and our waitress was very nice as well. Chicken and rice, fries chicken, raspberry chicken and quesadilla… Everything was delicious

This Latin restaurant is very good. The ambiance is very homey. The bathroom is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They do parties and they also separate an area in the room for your guest to feel special and intimate. The seats could use some more cushion. The food is always amazing, as you can see. The sauces where very well made and unique in taste. I have no complaints about the food or restaurant. My only concern is when you get service you expect to feel like the only people in the restaurant. I used to be a server at a fridays and I made sure my patrons always felt like they had everything they wanted and needed to their expectation as best to my ability as possible. On this day I didn’t really feel like that. It took my waiter way to long to come to my table to serve me. I’m not an expert but my opinion is they need to pay just a little more attention to the customers no matter the day, how many or the attitude they come with. I’m the quiet type I dont say nothing unless need be. Overall I rate this place the way i did because i feel like it deserves to be graded as a hole and not held accountable for one persons failure to produce good service. That’s just a training course away from perfect.

Hosted my cousins baby shower here. Amazing service and food!!! Pollo Rico NEVER disappoints!!!! Everyone was saying how great all the food was, and how exceptional all the workers are. Everything was so clean. Great prices as well!

This place really went down hill. I used to be very excited to get the Arroz con Pollo whenever I was in the neighborhood. (Maybe once a month or 2) The quality of the food declined with every order. I got $100 in takeout yesterday. Very bland, the Arroz Valenciana didn’t have clams or mussels, only chicken and shrimp. And what really pushed me to make this review was the surprise I found in my Arroz con Pollo! It was a metal piece from the dishwasher’s scrubbing thing. (See pic)

Pollo Rico is a restaurant that you have to eat at! Pretty place to eat, super friendly service and the food is fantastic! It’s so fresh and flavorful, tastes like good home cooked meals. I had the talapia with rice and veggies, delish!! And the drinks are yummy too! They are currently doing outdoor seating due to the virus. Reasonably priced and huge portions for the money. Highly recommend!!

Been here several times, never disappoints. Space is a little tight but cozy. Food always delicious- although the cream sauce dishes are a bit too rich and heavy, and most dishes are very large portions( plenty of next day left overs). The Sangria pitcher is a must! Service is good, maybe slow if busy but friendly.
