NO STARS Very poor service and racism be careful!
2 young ladies on a Sunday afternoon was very evil. I asked for fresh bread they went to the back gave me hard bread. They added pork to my sandwich with out my request. Where I called and told her and she yelled and hung up in my face. (Mental issues) I went back to the store for a remake. Very rude, 1 hide in back and the other refuse my services while I recorded the entire incident and place a police report. Because they threatened me I was trespassing for no issues on a remake on there mistakes.

By far the best Subway I have ever eaten at. Even my kids looked at me while we were eating and said ” Dad this is the best subway ever”. The food was great and the facilty was was very clean. Furthermore the customer service was spot on. Danny was amazing, not only did he have an awesome personality, but he greeted every customer with a smile and he was very personable. I know that may sound cheesy, but it’s very rare to see people take pride in their job these days. I will absolutely go to this subway everytime I am in town.

I love this subway, everyone here is so friendly and nice. Especially Sharon, she’s always super super friendly and makes you feel like your a family member that came to visit! There is also a man that usually works afternoons as well. I don’t know his name but I wanna say he is always great as well. He was here at about 12:20pm December 13th, 2022.

Sorry to say this but I’m changing my review from five star to two star. The place become garbeg with new employee. Last three times I was there they didn’t have the bread. All the ingredients looks old. Please do not go there. Either the owner don’t care or let the employee have their way.

So I get these $6 Subway footlong coupons in the mail often. I went to this Subway tonight 12/18/15 and got a pastrami sandwich. When I went to checkout, the gentleman there told me “This coupon does not apply to pastrami!” I don’t know the guy’s name and I do not to be mean in any way. But just in case the franchise owner wants to know which one I am talking about, it is the Hispanic fat gentleman. I asked him where in the fine print does it exclude pastrami and of course, there was nothing there. I used this coupon for pastrami sandwiches many times previously in many Subway locations, including the SAME one before and never got this attitude. I told the guy, thanks, I will never come to this subway again and he just handed me my receipt! Awesome customer service!!!

They only had one guy on the food line while there was a whole line, whoever was in the back did not come to check up on the guy. We ended up waiting over 25 minutes for our food.

The red haired girl was super slow…can’t accuse her of anything, but she seemed very confused…like she didn’t know what she was doing. She had a friend sitting at a table…kept being distracted. Really bad service.

There’s so many better locations to go to that serve actual food. This one should be shut down for good. Disgustingly bad ingredients, expired food, janky service, dirty location, expensive for tiny portions. Just…..do NOT go here
