This place is so awesome, they are super friendly and very courteous I had a few kids with me from after the gasparilla parade and the worker Alejandro was super helpful and very friendly , I’ve always loved this spot but now I love it even more…will def be stopping in again , can’t forget about the roasted chicken , it is to die for !!!! Amazing store to come buy some amazing fried chicken!!! The service and speed was out this world had my order ready in less than 5m Kelly A the manager seem very helpful and friendly I never been here before and she helped me out with different items options and made recommendation on some of their desserts!!! The food was amazing and it probably the best chicken I had in a while!!! Will be definitely be coming here from now on

I tried for the first time the famous Pollo Campero, the restaurant looks nice, location is great but two things made me give them 3 stars. First, the place wasn’t very clean, napkins on the floor, dirty tables, I was there for around 30 minutes and nobody cleaned anything, second, the food, I order empanadas with fried yuca, the yuca was soggy, you can see that in the photos and the empanadas while they taste great, they put too much mustard and other sauces inside, I spent the night and the morning in the bathroom. The chicken tastes amazing and I love the coleslaw. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is great. The staff is friendly and helpful, whether you order at the front desk or the drive-thru. Definitely recommend this place!

I really like this place. I got 3 empanadas, a good size drink and a box of fries for less than 10 dollars. I never had empanadas before and they were great. They were so hot I burned my tongue but that’s okay. The fries and drink were good too, and the staff was friendly. I was reading some of the other reviews and saw some negative reviews, but I don’t agree with those. I’m going to come back here in the future

This place was so good I came back the next day to make sure it was the same experience. I explained it was my first time here, they were so kind and helpful helping me customize my meal and try a few different options. Fresh, hot chicken that is delicious! The grilled is the best. Yuka fries and the rice, the rice was flavorful and went so well with the grilled chicken. The Peach/Mango fresca, the absolute best. I’m hooked and will probably be back tomorrow!

I love their food, BUT sometimes they give you smaller portions of fries. Today I ordered the same thing from days ago and this time my fries was not the same. Next time I will go in and ask to give me a decent portion.

Have you ever had lunch someplace and when you get back in the car you are planning your return trip? Well that is how it was today after having lunch here. The food was very good.
Since this was our first visit Oscar (who I think is the manager) was great and answered all our questions about the food.
Tasty – not overly spiced but really good.
My husband loved the mango peach drink. It tasted like ripe fresh fruit. Yummy.
They had been busy right before we got there and they had folks cleaning tables. One thing I did notice was the only trash I could find was by the drink dispenser.
Great food, comfortable seating and overall you can’t go wrong.
